So the people here are always friendly and greet you with a smile. But this is the 4th time my online order sandwich has been dry. No Mayo, cheddar cheese or oil. Everytime I have to bring the sandwich back after work to receive a new sandwich I be hungry too dang!

This subway has improved a lot in recent weeks. The store seems cleaner and the employees are more friendly. Food was good. Did notice the clerk was ringing people out with gloves on using the back of her fingers then going back to fix app orders. Other lady was not changing gloves between customers even after touching a lot of vegetables that the next customers might not want to taste on their food. Example..anchovies, banana peppers

Someone needs to teach their staff how to roll up their wraps. Everytime I come into this store they are terrible at rolling up wraps. Hopefully the picture shows what I’m talking about. They pretty much just scrunch it all together and rolls half the stuff out. This is getting ridiculous and will soon he finding a different subway. This has happened multiple times with different employees. Something has got to give. I pay $10 for a wrap that falls all to pieces.

People seemed friendly, at first; but couldn’t get the WIFI to work. After they realized that I intended to buy and take home my order that’s when I realized that they had blocked my access despite me telling them I would order after I finished my interview. When I got home, intending to have the sandwiches for dinner, bit into mine to a very “stale bread” experience. The taste and hardness of the bread voided the near freshness of the meat and veggies.
