We ordered the new Baja chicken on a spinach wrap and on a reg sub. It was good. I took off one star bc one of the young girls was not friendly at all. She was even wearing ear buds. The other girl was friendly. Overall the place was cleaned and food was what you expect from Subway.

Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don’t care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don’t sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they’re unhappy about something that they bought from your store and didn’t Receive six cookies that they paid for!

I stopped in Subway tonight 8/16/2024. I’ve only been to this one several times but it’s always a pleasant experience each time I stopped in. The two gentlemen working the tonight we’re friendly, professional, The Establishment was clean and tidy the atmosphere was very relaxed everything on the sub making bars appear to be fresh behind the counter was very clean and well-organized and they made suggestions for my sandwich that made it better than it would have been if I had just put my regular toppings on it. This hands down has to be one of the best subways I have visited and I have been in quite a few I even worked at one once. Hats off to the two gentlemen tonight for making my food perfectly and making it a great experience. Thank you so much for all you do. The only thing unpleasant about stopping in was when I walked over into Oasis to grab a couple of things the cashiers in the gas station part were too busy gossiping and talking bad about the subway and its employees to even notice me standing at the counter. The subway half is on point The Oasis side is pitiful.

I had originally left a 5 star review for them for having seemingly turned things around…but that didn’t last very long. Staff is incompetent and unable to us common sense and logical thought.

Long story short we order 2 subs through door dash. Dasher never showed up, called customer service, they issued a full credit. Went back to the door dash app, placed that order a second time and that’s when all hell broke lose. My dasher had to call me lost and confused because subway couldn’t tell the difference between the old order and the new order.

My boyfriend spoke to the manager on the phone who apologized for the confusion and said just come on in to pick it up, even though the dasher was still there.

When he got there he could see our order with my name on it sitting on the counter. They insisted nope that’s not yours, even though my name was clearly on it. Fed up, my boyfriend said he was done dealing with them and would not be back.

Guess they’re back to their same old unprofessional, disappointing, 0lack of customer service ways.

If I could leave negative stars I would…I told the guy that I had an onion allergy, he went to the back and got a fresh container of red onions. Then after he changed his gloves and got my food together I ate it and my mouth started swelling real bad. I’ve eaten at a lot of Subways and have NEVER had this problem before!!!!

The reason they’re getting one stars because I could not give any less.

This conversation was so sad that my fiancé, who had been waiting for 4 hours at this point for her Subway sandwich. She paid for pride over the phone. Hearing that they could not possibly make the sandwich does. They don’t know how to make a sandwich.

Let me explain this because that does sound ridiculous. It wasn’t that the sandwiches were special. I ordered a spicy Italian foot long with herbs and cheese. She ordered a second sub right off sermon menu and was going to have it doordash delivery..

For whatever reason doordash failed to deliver the sandwich. I don’t know I don’t care that’s OK We had the order refunded to us and then we had the order made a secon time..

The second time through doordash the doordasher called and said that they were not going to make them our sandwichs.

So I called from the living room and said. Listen, we put in an order the order was made. Something happened, we gotta refund you are now. Getting paid a second time for sandwich. What seems to be the problem and they said someone else took your order….

I said well, we paid for an order though. Why can’t we have an order and they said well? We feel bad if you can come in person. We’ll. We’ll get you your order if you paid for it. So if you come in person we’ll make you your sandwich.

So I spoke up over the phone and very clear English and said. Alright, I will head there in person to pick up my order. The order that my fiancée has made. I’m a guy it’s the order for Amanda Wagner, but I’ll be picking it up. My name is justin..

Not sure how that became physically impossible so I gotta I got dressed. I put time out of my day because doordash couldn’t do this correctly I drove all the way to the lucama Subway I walked in and spoke with a young lady who appears to be old enough to work appears to be old enough to drive. That must not have the mental functions to breathe.

I said I’m here to pick up the order for Amanda Wagner. My name is Justin she looks at me. Looks at the order that she has set aside on the counter and said. It’s a spicy Italian footlong and one more Subway sandwich. She looks at it goes yes. That’s it? And then she looks confused and walks out of the room and asks her manager, who I assume was on the phone with me while the other lady was handling the door dasher

This manager of a Subway look to me. Dead square in the eye and said so a doordashsr came and took your order.
I said no there was a second order. The first order never got delivered. So the money was refunded to us. And we ordered it again there’s confusion and I was told to come pick it up in person myself instead of the doordasher who was standing right here who was willing to deliver our food the second time.
The lady says, but you’re you’re food. Isn’t here though that order that second order got canceled. So I pointed to. the order that’s sitting there on the counter that has Amanda Wagner’s name on it and has my Subway sandwich listed on the receipt. And I said that 1 that 1 right there with a spicy Italian footlong sandwich and one other sub. Is our order. She goes. Yes, that’s right, but you’re order. Isn’t here because someone took your order? I said no, no, no, there’s 2 separate orders. And now you’re telling me there’s not a separate order. It’s right, they’re in front of you. I have my card if y’all did not get paid. That’s fine. Both transactions were canceled. Ok, no problem, I have money. I have money. I am standing in your company facility. I would like to purchase two fl subs please And the couldnt makus two sandiwshes 2 buy So I pointed out I said you’ll have tons of ingredients right here. If you refuse to give me that 1 make me a sandwich. I will pay for it and they look at me very blankly. With no understanding that I’m trying to purchase subs from a Subway store. So I walked out.
Went to kenly Subway and got my order with in 15 minutes and out of the door and on home.

Nice clean and friendly place to eat at Kevin was so nice to me and my Husband Kevin made sure before we left to make sure to ask if the food was good Kevin has a heart of gold he keeps a beautiful smile on his face when dealing with the customers we will be back real soon Thanks again for everything (KEVIN)

They need more professional staff and maybe workers who aren’t teenagers. They never get our order right and are always out of stock, or the toaster isn’t working. And can someone explain to me why they don’t have the machine to make melts?

They’re alright I guess if you catch ‘em when they’re opened. I’d say they open for about 5 hours a day. Just saw employees outside the door talking and the open sign wasn’t on so I kept driving. I blame corporate, they need to hire more people and better support their stores
