I came in today to pick up some cookies. The cashier informed that there was a man in front of my car and that I should check it out bc he looked like he was upset and she thought I was alone. I thanked her for letting me know and went outside to see what the man needed. He was upset and was being irate to a minor that was in the car. He was also upset that I parked in front of the store and told me to MOVE. I advised him to walk around and that it would not be long . He said no and that he would just wait in front of the car to make sure that I moved out of the way. I advised the minor to roll up the windows and lock the door. He waited for me to come out and when I tried to get in my car he had his entire body laid on the driver side of the car. I could not get in and told him to move. He yelled and got close to my face and told me he wasn’t moving from my car at All. I preceded to move him out of my way and pushed him to defend myself to get in MY car. After multiple witnesses came up , he decided to go in the store. I waited and went back to speak to the manager and the same cashier that told me about the irate man for help and the manager’s name so I could use to call enforcement. She was silent and the manager told me NO and basically to leave his store while the man sat and ate his food! I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and never have I experienced such horrible discrimination and privilege used against me to deny help/ protection when needed.

Tell me why I have visited so freaking many subways but this one, this one has the most thinnest meat I have ever seen. I thought maybe it was me, but my husband didn’t want his from there so I we went to another not far away. Ok he orders the same sandwich and his sandwich actually looked like it suppose to look. Ok fast forward, we got out of town in ok, I’m a subway girl, we get a chicken bacon sandwich ok. Now we share that one. It was so good we decided to get another one for dinner and yes, we gave this thin meat subway another chance it was on the way. Guess freaking what!! I kept my calm as the young man was making my sandwich. Guys! Come on! I wanted a sandwich, Im not vegetarian, we got a veggie sandwich because the meat was in the middle of the bread and was barley there. My husband was furious he said never again will we get a sandwich from this place! He young man behind the counter said he boss/ owner make them cut it thinner and does not weigh it as suppose to. I wasnt angry at him of course he is doing his job.Got home, I took out the meat and made salad

Very clean, friendly, fast. Only thing I didn’t care for was the tomatoes were soft (skin peeling off). Would still eat here again. Contrary to the reviews, this place was consistently busy from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. So, they are doing something right.

Low service rating because a single sandwich took 20 minutes, then I found out they don’t accept any of the coupon deals that brought us inside the store.
Nothing is wrong with the workers, they’re overworked – processing in-person and online orders. I worked at a subway, they did fine and were friendly.

My first time here the owner greeted me very politely and then proceeded to take my order I had three Foot Longs all different and each one he made personally within 5 minutes Hoagies are perfect he did a phenomenal job I highly recommend this place

Haven’t been back since but I remember a time where one of the employees was making my sandwich (I think that he was new) and the owner/manager comes out of the back and yells at him, saying that he put too much meat on it. Then the owner preceded to take the meat off with his bare hands!!! I hope that he knows better than to do that now but obviously that’s unsanitary. I never saw him wash them…plus where are your gloves? I did not have a good experience.

I disagree with the last comment. I think the management is good. The manager seems very clean and organized. I’ve seen him cleaning the food line and other things. You can tell he takes pride in the food and presentation. They also have an 100 food grade. Not bad for a subway. I always go here if I want Subway in Rocky Mount.
