This location doesn’t even deserve a one star after the way i was treated. I didn’t realize I was given the wrong sandwich until I got home. Tried to get the sandwich I originally ordered but was treated unfairly.

First off, they got rid of regular sweet onion sauce which, basically makes their Italian sub. It’s now mixed with teriyaki and is thick and would be nasty on an Italian sub.

everybody was quiet and rude, nobody was in work attire, people had headphones in, they didn’t change gloves between customers, nobody had a mask on, it’s as if the place is run by a group of hungover teens. not to mention the girl making my sandwich touched the bread with the scrunchie hair tie on her wrist. would absolutely never come here again.

We asked for a cold cut combo and the girl put just bologna on the bread. When we asked where the other meat was, she stated that it only comes with bologna. The ither person that was putting what you want on the sandwich said yes they changed the menu. If you wanted the other meat it was now called a bmt. The store was nasty and the girl who was working apparently had a friend hanging out with her in the back of the store. She kept disappearing and you would hear a lot of laughing and cutting up. They had a line of customers and it took forever just to get the sandwiches made .

This is a great subway. All my experiences with this place have been pleasant. I do feel sorry for the employees because it seems no one hardly ever leaves a tip. I always leave something when I eat here. I recommend this place.
