A while ago, Marisol had me DoorDash an order from Just Salad, 18 minutes away. She didn’t even pay a penny towards a tip. She works at a restaurant and represents that restaurant while at work. Door Dash is the only job I have, and I’ve got a family. As a fellow restaurant worker, I figure you’de understand we live off tips. Your salad took an hour of my time there and back. Don’t order food from far away (especially when you work somewhere that sells salads, subs, and wraps) if you have no intention of offering fair compensation. Even a dollar would have been acceptable. We all work for a living. I’ve only left good reviews for others, but this was exceptionally low.

Their web app had bugs and it placed 3 orders on my name.. went there and told them that it was coz of the buggy app. They haven’t canceled my order asked to contact cc. While support says refund for such orders will depend on individual franchise owners.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – False Advertising & Anti-Customer Policies
I walked into this Subway in Morrisville expecting to get the $6.99 Footlong deal that Subway has been advertising everywhere, only to be told “We don’t participate in corporate promotions.” Seriously?! Then why even be a Subway if you refuse to honor the deals that customers come in for?
This is just greedy and anti-customer—other locations are offering the discount, but this one decides they’re too good for it? It’s completely misleading and a total bait-and-switch. Instead of getting a fair price, I was stuck paying full price for something that should have been discounted.
If you’re looking for a Subway that actually respects its customers and follows the deals that the company promotes, go somewhere else. I won’t be back.

Really? Wow, ok so this is the last time I ever walk in this place. The only employer which is a managers working and she is extremely rude especially when I asked about the sign and if it’s just her or was it a corporate thing. Apparently dislocations are sick and tired of coupons in sick and tired of your money sorted to them by corporate. So that’s a thing.

I usually order online and pick it up during my lunch break. My orders are almost always ready after 5 minutes. The longest I’ve ever had to wait was 10 minutes and the subs are one of the best made from any franchise spot I’ve eaten at.

One of the worst subways I ever visited. The staff is so rude. I just asked them cut the sandwich in to 2 half’s. They said they know how to do their job. You don’t have to tell me. Ridiculous. Not going there anymore.

I experienced the worst service ever there by the manager she acted as if she was racist. And when I asked to speak to the district manager she called someone name Jerry and lied to him about what took place. As a manager the job is easy and that to treat each customer with respect , and dignity and to strive to make the store a great store with returning customers . She will run this store in the ground and will have a law suite on the store for her actions. this is unacceptable. I will never go back there this happen on 7/01/24 in the A,M.

We eat here often. The veggies look fresh, in-person service is quick and staff is friendly, sanitation rating is 99/100. They also accept discount coupons which work well for us.
