This was the worst experience with subway I have ever had I had it delivered to the hotel we were staying at and once I opened the bag I noticed the salad I ordered had no color but green. No tomato no cheese there was literally lettuce a crap load of spinach a little bit of meat and a few onions and 2 cucumbersand the dressing. I ordered a steak salad doubLe the meat with tomatoes, onion, and banana peppers too! I got lettuce and spinach and a small amount of meat! I called and the girl proceeded to argue with me that it was made right when it wasn’t and I have sent 3 emails and called numerous times and have gotten no response. So customer service is definitely not good. I get it there are Karen’s but I truly was being nice until the girl said that I was lying and they made it right. I have the pics to prove it wasn’t.

The young woman manning the store on this lovely Saturday is one of the best sandwich artists I’ve ever met. Excellent customer service. She didn’t skimp on the veg! And she was happy to grab us the cookies that weren’t over baked. So glad I stopped here at this one and not one of the other Subways.

Every time i come to this place for dinner they’re always closed. I got here at 7:30 why are u closed already ? your door and website says you close at 9:00? Doors already locked and then i see the workers inside on the phone or talking with the lights out. Also very slow with preparing food depending on the workers.

I visited this Subway on 8/2/2025 at 7:30 pm and the two workers there did not have on any hair nets. The bread was stale and fallen apart all of the vegetables look like they had been up there several days. There were flies in the cookie case and the tuna that was put on the foot long was enough to cover a six inch sub. I would have rated this place a zero if I could the worst Subway I have ever been too in my life. They need to close this location down wasted $23 on two subs with no meat in them!!!

Woman spoke with an attitude
Asked for a wrap, and she asked half or whole. I said whole. As she put the meat on (one scoop less meat for the same price, mind you), I realized she got me a flatbread. Said this is what they got and said to pick a different bread if I didn’t like it. After wanting to leave on principal, due to the attitude and not having what I want and not telling me this ahead of time, I saw the cut tomatoes that looked 3 days old and I left. And I wonder why it was empty

If I could give a zero, I would. I walked up to the door at 840pm with the sign in the window clearly lit up saying open. I went to open the door and it was locked. There were two female employees inside, one sweeping and one behind the counter. Both looked at me and shook their heads and mouthed we are closed. The sign on the door read close at 9pm. I’m all for leaving work on time but my sandwich would have only taken about 3-5 minutes to be made. Make this make sense.

I went here today and an older lady was on the phone the entire time and was holding her phone on a personal phone call and messing with her hair and then proceeded to dig into the veggies to fix my sub without changing gloves. I nicely let her know that I no longer wanted the subs. This was very unprofessional; I will say there was another young lady there that was very nice and washed her hands.
