This Subway has really turned itself around.I don’t know if it’s under new ownership Or New Management but tonight I received excellent customer service from the two ladies working. The bread was soft and fresh and the sub fillings were fresh. I got a vegidelight sub and all the veggies on it were cold and fresh and the sub was assimilated perfectly and the store was exceptionally clean. I was completely impressed. I’m a very critical person when it comes to food establishments because I worked food service management for over 20 years at various establishments and I could not find one fault with this Subway. Thank you to the two ladies for a wonderful experience.

Finished my shopping at Walmart. Wanted to get a 6-in sub. Stood there for about a minute, two employees not paying me any mine. Then I noticed the male employee with 3/4 of his a** hanging out of his pants. (Should have taken a photo) And thought, yeah there’s no way I’m eating here. When you have young people that don’t even know how to properly dress I definitely don’t want them preparing my food! I’ll just have to try to find a different subway, which is a shame because this one is more convenient.

I went in there with my girlfriend and one of the girls had both of her earbuds in and wouldn’t acknowledge that we were there.. then the nice gentleman who worked with her made our food and she just put gloves on without washing her hands, and her zipper was undone. Not making this post to put them down, I just want them to know people notice how the workers treat them. Costumer service is number one in the food business.

When I walked in there was 4 guys sitting at a table(2 of them are subway employees). They continued to laugh and conversation. So as I’m looking around waiting for an employee to greet me or ask what I want I see 2 of the guys at the table looking at me then they drop their heads. So finally a young lady comes from the back and one of the guys run from the table as if he was about to take my order. Luckily the young lady made my food. So the guy goes back to talk with his friends. I get my food leave a tip to the person that actually wanted to work. As I’m leaving I see one of the guys and his friend walking towards the ordering area the friend orders a sandwich and guess what MR LAZY MADE IT! A couple comes in and MR LAZY 2.0 finally gets up from his chair mind u neither of them washed hands or greeted the couple they just stood there looking as if they didn’t wanna make their food either! Hands down they won THE LAZY EMPLOYEES OF THE DAY AWARD FROM ME!!

Bad customer service. Ordered three salads. Made two of them in one bowl and ended up getting only a few bites out of one of them made in the bowl with the other salad however the salad made by itself filled the salad container to the brim. Several times I have had bad customer service or product. Never giving them another chance.

I wouldn’t have even give this one star. Never been so disappointed in this subway. The 2 girls working were rude. I ordered a salad, but there were no salad bowls. So they stuffed my salad in a small box. The drink machines didn’t work for most of the drinks. And then they start watching Netflix on the tv in the dining area. Out of the many times I’ve ate here. This one was the worst.
