Didn’t put the extra veggie on it that I requested and put green peppers on it when I didn’t ask for them. Left off the cheese sauce , Parmesan, oregano, and black pepper. Didn’t mention being out of either. Won’t leave a tip next time.

I went through the drive thru and ordered in the screen. When you choose your sub it already comes with the toppings listed in it. All I had to do was add anything else I wanted. I got my food and check it and there were no toppings. I told the man and he started to yell at me that I didn’t put that stuff on there if I did he would have done it. I told him the screen has it already listed. He was so rude yelling I told him I wanted a refund. He told me no that he’s not the owner and it would come out his pocket he would have to pay for it. Not my problem. Show your owner how he has the screen set up then!!! Yall are scamming ppl!! He finally gave me my money and told me to leave. I went back around and have a video showing exactly how it comes up!!!! Just rude for no reason!!!!

This was a terrible experience. Although the service was not very friendly, this location did not accept coupons, and my sandwich was mediocre, I settled into the comfy chairs and enjoyed a funny show that was playing on their TV to make the best of my lunch break. Midway through my meal, I had to use the restroom. The smell when I entered was nearly enough to gag me. I soon saw why. One of the two stalls had plastic wrap around the toilet and was closed off from use. The other had a black slime inside the toilet bowl ring that can only be caused if no bleach or disinfectant is ever used to clean it. The floors, walls, everything was generally dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned much or at all. I would never go back unless there’s new management because somebody who allows their bathroom to get that gross may not be using the proper cleaning standards for food either. I threw the rest of my food away, left quickly and won’t be back. Also, I noticed the reviews on here mentioned some shadiness around what they paid for and what they got, so I checked my receipt and the listed menu prices; I was indeed overcharged. Chips are listed as $1.29 each as of July 18, and I was charged $3.18 for two bags of chips that same week. I eat at various Subways all the time, so I’m used to what my meal usually costs, and this was a small enough difference (60 cents) for me not to notice. This is very shady.

I placed an online order and was given the wrong sandwich at pickup. When I returned, an employee offered to fix it, but her coworker, Brahmin, stopped her. Despite showing proof of payment, he couldn’t explain why. He called Zac, the owner, who refused to help and claimed the order wasn’t in the system. I offered screenshots of my payment and confirmation, but he was dismissive. The employee who tried to help was excellent, but Zac and Brahmin showed poor customer service. I won’t return and hope this issue is addressed.

They are very shady here. I ordered a 6 inch meal and chicken dippers through the drive thru. I sat there for almost 15 mins then when he gave me my food I looked in the bag then he says oh I forgot your dippers because he realized I looked then he had to make the dippers took another 10 mins then told me he forgot to charge me for them even though he already did. And my sub was no bigger than my hand for $15

To start the place is a wreck. Food all over the floors and the bathrooms are disgusting. The bread is hard and dry like its several days old. And on top of everything me and my wife were the only 2 ppl there and the employee decided to put all the chairs up in the dinning area and start sweeping while we was eating.

Came in because the sign outside clearly said OUTSIDE WHERE I PLACED MY ORDER “Sub of the Day – Philly for $6.99.” That’s what I ordered. But when I asked about it, the employee told me that price wasn’t valid and refused to honor it. His response was basically, “I’m not the manager.” That’s not a valid excuse. If the sign is wrong, it needs to be removed or covered otherwise, it’s false advertising.
Out of principle, I chose not to order anything and left. I ended up ordering food elsewhere, but this is about the disrespect and lack of accountability. If management can’t keep signs and pricing updated, that’s on them — not the customer. Misleading people like that is unacceptable.
Fix the signage, train your staff, and take some responsibility.

Mediocre workers, terrible service, they don’t even know the difference between a bottled Pepsi and a classic Coca-Cola fountain, and you pay more money to avoid drinking that crap from the fountain that they don’t even clean, and they try to force you to take the Coca-Cola from the fountain even though the receipt clearly shows you paid for a sealed drink.
