Moved to my new place close to four months ago. I have a two year old and like to sneak out for a snack after I help my wife get her to sleep. This place is less than 2 miles away so would be perfect if they were ever open. They say they are open until 10 every day but Sunday and thats a lie. If you go after 9-9:15 at the latest those doors are locked. Today was the third and last time I’ll try and go here. I just wanted a freaking sandwich and not a crappy burger.If you are going to close at 9 every day then put 9 on the website and doors. Don’t make people think you might be opened only to show up to three people pretending not to see you behind locked doors.

The big boy, girl, whoever I was talking to with the glasses. Has terrible customer service. When I asked for more on my sub, or my sub cut he she whatever the hell rolled its eyes and always makes my sub sloppy and never fully rolls it either. Hes terrible and sadly there everytime I go! And will overcharge me until I correct em. I don’t recommend at all.

Everyone who works here needs to be retrained or fired. With how much the prices have gone up I expect the quality to be half decent at least. The bread is always cut horribly like 90% of the bread is on the bottom and the tinniest sliver of bread on top. Apparently they think a sandwich is a taco too. Honestly it’s impressive how every sandwich I’ve gotten from here looks like it’s been punched and twisted.

Just returned from Subway if you look at the photo, it’s not even 1/8 meat for the bread. My cat gets more meat in its can of food. I ordered chicken salad and got shredded chicken with cheese toasted on top This subway is cheap and way skimpy on meat!!! The spinach behind the counter was slimy and old. Wish i had taken a picture of that too. Highly recommend going down 42 a few miles to a better subway. Will never return even if I’m starving.

I got a door dash order today, when my sandwich got delivered I noticed avocado was on the sandwich. I went & looked back at my receipt to make sure I didn’t accidentally hit avocado…I didn’t. I do not understand what happen, but oh well; come to find out when I took a bite of my sandwich. RAW BACON was in it. Disgusting! I know for a fact I did not order bacon. Im very disappointed.

I went in way before 9 when they closed it was about 8:15 and I was inside waiting for someone to attend me when I see one of the workers and I ask if they still have tuna they said yea but they are closed at 8:15! When they close at 9 pm. This has happened multiple times. They just need to change the hours or get it together. Next ima yelp about it.

I placed an online order today and went to pick it up but never received the order even though I paid for it. I provided my order number multiple times and showed the owner my phone with the receipt and order number but he kept asking for it over and over. The app said the order was ready. I’m not sure why I couldn’t have it. I ended up having to leave to get back to work as I didn’t have the time to continue giving him information over and over.

My mothers order wasn’t made right Philly steak was cold she paid for extra paid for toppings to go on it didn’t receive them so she called to talk to the manager one of the guys who doesn’t even had a uniform yet and just started said he was the manager she has that on recording, they were arguing back and forth with me and my mother, when I came to get the food I know how subway works I use to work at one, and I know a customer isn’t supposed to reach over the counter and grab a bag with 3 subs and 2 long cookies, not heavy at all. I shouldn’t have to reach over the counter near yalls register, that could’ve completely different if I was a thieving person, also the girls said we can remake the sandwich or call the police so my mother is talking to the so called male that said he was manager, he said he was going to make it. So he went to go make it and the girl named Emily kept trying to argue with her so my mother said to stop talking to her he’s remaking the sandwich then Emily told him not to make it and refused our service and to call the police, they said they were all minors and if they are I know that they’re not supposed to be alone one of them has to be older then the other two at least that’s how i remember it use to be when I was a minor. My mom didn’t really care about the bag situation it was just that her sub was completely cold for a Philly but the shorter girl with curly hair had the attitude kept arguing them Emily chimed in also when my mom was on the phone before she came up there and she was asking for numbers and names one of the girls grabbed the phone laughed in her face and hung up so that’s why we came up there to ask what’s going on.

Was told over phone they do accept any mail coupons besides bogo, but was declined the “2 for $12.99”. Worker didnt speak English well and thus couldn’t tell us why the coupons were NOT being honored. Subs were still good though.
EDIT: as of January its gotten worse. they arent making the food until you show up, they dont speak any English and dont make the subs right. It was bad before and now its even worse. Go to any other subway.
