This is the worst subway I’ve ever ordered food from. They never get my online order correct. I ordered the cheesy garlic steak sub and I only got a dry steak sub with onions and green peppers. None of the toppings that go on the sub originally and none of the toppings that I added. It’s crazy. I’ll never go back to this subway again. I gave them too many chances and they keep doing the same thing over and over again. Maybe they can’t read or something. I only left one star to write this review otherwise they would get none.

I’ve been going to this Subway for years and have always had consistently good service and food, in a clean restaurant. Sometimes the lines are longer, sometimes the produce doesn’t look like a picture from a magazine, and sometimes they are out of something. But, seriously, over 17 years of good service and delicious subs. So, 5 stars for being a Butner favorite for me. ⭐⭐ Thanks!

It’s definitely refreshing to come into a clean, well kept Subway. Even the serving station was fully stocked, and the items looked fresh. They also honor coupons, which is great as well. I’ll definitely be back.

This location is usually pretty good and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But today I noticed their yellow American cheese looks old. You can tell here in the picture, the edges are dry and brown. I’ve never seen a Subway keep old stuff out like this for consumption.

I hate this store with a passion. I got a salad and literally was given a Cinnabon cinnamon roll sized roll of salami in my salad as well as everything just chunked weirdly like no blending. Subway in creedmoor does better. They’re always out of something. Not giving right portions. Idk I just think yall should close if yall can’t even properly function as a business and store. My son and I stopped here on a trip. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. On our way out, the owner gave us free cookies. We will definitely be stopping here again when we pass through.

Only reason I rated atmosphere so low is they have like 8 fans on high and it’s super cold! Which is fine in the summer, but not now that it’s cold out. Otherwise nice people and good food.

This location is one of the BETTER Subways I’ve eaten in. From the employees to the cleanliness of the restaurant & the food, everything was great! The NICEST, most attentive employees. I’ve been in some Subways that they wouldn’t even speak except to ask in the most miserable way what I would like on my sub. These employees go above & beyond & the food was fresh, made perfect & the prep area was very clean as well as the dining area & the restroom. GREAT JOB GUYS!

The girl did not listen to me on what and how I wanted my sandwiches messed them both up. Not putting on what I wanted topping fell of left them off. They were the worst I ever had from a subway. I had many subs from a subway that never was this bad. They were always great. But this place was the worst I will never go back. I felt she needs better training before they loose alot of customers.
