I had a great experience at this store. The staff is very helpful, polite, and always ready to answer questions. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Prices are fair and the quality of products is really good. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

Apparently they didn’t understand how I wanted my sub made, it was very sloppy unappealing & I don’t even eat olives, I reached out to customer care, no reply I just wanted to be compensated in some way..So I guess they just ignore unsatisfied customers!!!!! Never ordered here before first time…normally order at gate city with no issue. Hard to reach store. Sub was for my children and they were not pleased and sub was in a plastic bag. Never received points or system recognition that it was a completed order free sub has not populated. Now I have to wait for the supervisor to get there after 1-2 today….Never will order here again!

Tonight we were at the subway inside at 840pm trying to place an online order. Even though they closed at 9pm they were clearly in a hurry to get us out of there. The app was malfunctioning and we couldn’t place the order. We were informed the app stops taking orders at 830pm. Complete lie! As soon as we left they turned the lights off and locked the door. It was 845pm. Seriously. Come on people do better. So now we are at another subway. Terrible.

Horrible service. I walked in ask to use bathroom before I placed order the manager was rude and she stated bathroom was for customer. I stated I was a customer I just needed to use bathroom before I placed my order. It’s normally a friendly guy here when I come here. I will never return. Not spending money where you are rude at. My wife and I ordered online.(subway is my wife’s pregnancy craving) We order tuna on white and a Philly on herbs and cheese. Everything ingredients wise was fine, they got the breads mixed up. My wife called to correct it and the Indian dude was extremely rude. He yelled in the phone, interrupted her and was all out terrible. This has happened 3 times with the mix up and we’ve never corrected it. This is our first time, and worse experience ever. We prefer Cornwallis Drive. It’s nicer people and the subs are always good. When doing delivery they always go to the closest one and unfortunately this one is first. It will be avoided in the future. You can have the best food in the world and not get any business being rude and nasty. This is one of those places, only the food is terrible to.
