I go to this Subway often and the gentleman with the blond hair is never friendly or welcoming. I am not sure if he is the Manger or the franchise owner, but he needs to find a different career field than customer service. All the other employees are nice and helpful, but that guy always acts like you are a bother and he does not want you there. Today, I went in and he was slicing meat, did not acknowledge me and I even said hi, no response from him. He would not help the other employee with the sandwiches and actually had 2 customers walkout due to the delay.
Food is good, but don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer while there.

As others have commented about the guy with the Blond hair, not sure if he’s the manager or not. But I know people can have bad customer service skills but to have none is honestly kinda impressive. So the food was fine but service was terrible.

Ordered on app for pickup at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm). Doors were locked knock on door nothing paid for food and did not get anything. I called them next day no answer on phone.

The guy, is he the manager? Or whoever he was overseeing the girl at the counter was straight up hostile. As I was walking in, he gave me the death glare. Half the veggies looked rotten. He was blasting his radio in the back with some foreign music. He kept glaring at me and never said anything. The girl was nice, but seemed untrained. She toasted my sandwich for 20 seconds. The cheese didn’t even warm up. Y’all need a new staff at this location.

Had a long day of travel ball, stopped to pick up our online grocery order and my son wanted the pizza rolls from Subway. It’s his favorite thing right now. We got there at 7:56 on a Sunday, two customers currently ordering and the guy making subs says “we close in four minutes”. So ok clearly you don’t want our business. Then while waiting on Papa johns I learn that online AND ON THE DOOR it says open til 9 on Sundays. Congratulations I guess you make enough money you don’t care who you turn away.

Sorry I did not like how I was treated at this sub way I love there food that’s why my friend go there but we had coupons and the man said no we do not let people use the subway coupons so why do they have them for if you can not use them?
The man over the store was very rude! To us so we turned and left! Sorry but if you don’t let us use our coupons that came in the mail. To our address why have them. So we left and went to Wendy just down the street.where we got some real good food! And they was very sweet to us! So Subway people you have great food I love it but if we can not use our coupons we will not be back

Went in to pickup a sandwich and when I got to checkout the man told me that his computer would not take my I coupon. I asked for manager and was told manager not there. I refused to pay full price because I had a coupon and he made no effort to solve problem. So instead of figuring out how to solve problem for me I left without the sandwich that he made for me. So instead of figuring out what to do to solve the problem he threw away a sandwich. (I assume) This location does accept coupons because they have a sign up to let you know it only takes coupons for build your own sandwich which is what I did and they refused the coupon.

Worst place I have ever been, the lettuce was brown and old,got a salad with out dressing, the tomatoes were old,asked the lady if she more lettuce,she looked confused,cookies were hard very bad service and these people do not answer the phone.
