I’m not sure how to spell his name, but the guy who made my sandwich, Shaun or Shawn, has literally the best customer service i’ve received at any subway. I walked in there and immediately he asked how I was doing and was very courteous. I kept apologizing for having him add more and more ingredients, but he had a great attitude about it all- even telling me not to apologize. He created such a great atmosphere. The sandwich was decent, but his customer service was great.

I’ve been to this subway twice now and can not get what I wanted! today I wanted a 6″ pizza sub but again no sauce and out of provolone so I didn’t get anything last week no meatballs/sauce so I tried to get a simple roast beef the employee said no roast beef when I was looking directly at it! I settled for a spicy Italian. It’s always something with this location.

This used to be the best Subway around. But since Lynn has left as manager, it has went downhill. Twice I have been in and they have been out of items. Was in today, and a new employee was left on his own while the supposedly other employee or manager was doing nothing. This poor kid didn’t even know what went on some of the sandwiches. I felt bad for him. That’s not the proper way to train an employee and expect him to stay.
