Older lady with blonde hair and “blue” eyes is always so rude and judgmental to customers. Extremely impatient and gets aggravated at customers who don’t order as fast as she wants. If you hate people that much you should not work in customer service. I don’t plan on returning until she isn’t there because I’m not paying to be disrespected.

My order was messed up and the manager is the one that made my order 1st of all! 2nd of all she was rude and dismissed my complaint when I called the store telling me pretty much I was wrong when I said I had NO CHEESE and I wanted extra PEPPER JACK which would be visible if it was ON IT!!! I offered to send a picture!! From my order to be repeated 2 times and it to still being wrong it’s ridiculous! They have messed up my food too many times and there is no reason for especially when they’re not even extra busy! Will not be going back here…. I don’t even know why I did today!

Had to deal with a very rude staff member (older blonde woman with fake blue eyes) that gave us an attitude from the start. I made mention that we had a coupon (to make sure they accepted them) and she waved at me stating “Yeah, we don’t take those right now, that’s at the end” in a condescending tone. After the first sub was toasted, we asked for extra onions and the same blonde gave us an attitude, saying we had plenty and that “five or so is the norm, you have plenty on there.” Got tired of her tone and attitude and the second sandwich we had started making had burnt bread before it was even toasted. Told them to throw them away and that we wouldn’t be back. I guess you’re guaranteed to be served with a horrible attitude at this location. Will NOT be back and DO NOT recommend if you want your sandwich made correctly.

The place was clean and nice but the staff was extremely rude and unkind to me and mother extremely disrespectful to my mother the most and I believe she was the manager but I didn’t get a name before she took off her name tag but when I asked if she was the manager the girl Morgan spoke up and said that she was her mother in law like that makes it excusable for how rude she was being and walked away while in the middle of making my mothers sub I am an a assistant manager at a dominos myself and I know some days can be difficult but if that’s how you handle your bad days or if that’s how you handle customers then she doesn’t have any business being in there with a title.

Was not pleased from first minute i walked in. Bread 2 days old like rubber wanted sauce hardly any, worst experience I have ever had in a subway the lady who waited on me acted as if she didnt want to be there. Asked for banana peppers on the side & this woman puts them in one of the bags that the cookie go in instead of one of those small black cups they have for such things like that. Needless to say i will never visit this subway ever again.

On 08/31/2022, I went to the Subway on 993 HighPoint Rd B-05 Randleman, NC 27317. There’s a lady by the name of Somner or Somer (not entirely sure on the spelling) however when she was taking my order, she’s was very rude, disrespectful, made a snide remark under her breath on how I didn’t get Ranch on a chicken bacon sandwiches. Overall my experience was very lack luster and Pitta full. I went into subway with a decent mood and left feeling angry and I left feeling like an inconvenience. On top of that the entire time I was trying to place an order for a fellow coworker of mine, she was inpatient and unwilling to work with me on how to correctly make my coworkers sandwich. It’s completely disrespectful especially when you have to be careful and watch out for others food allergies. If I could give zero stars I would…whoever this lady is, she needs a new profession. She does not cut it being a Sandwich Artist”.

I got to say that the employee on duty was great, but I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the bread. The bread was so old that my dog wouldn’t even touch it. The store was so hot in the inside I don’t understand with it being 100 degrees out why you would out allow your employees to work in that heat. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

My girlfriend was waiting for me to get off work and get home to go grab something quick to eat since we had nothing planned for dinner. We make our way to this Subway, while we got there in enough time to get an order in and be out for them to close up at 9 my girlfriend found out that the door was locked 30 minutes early. I see why there is two Subways in this shopping center, one is probably franchised owned and the other is owned by a different owner. This Subway has terrible work ethics and I would much rather seek my business elsewhere. And I recommend everyone doing the same.
