Normally I have no complaints about this subway. It was even the first stop after I gave birth when I had my son. But where is the herb and cheese at? This is just a disappointment… whoever made this acts like the ingredients comes out of there check or something

My order was messed up and the manager is the one that made my order 1st of all! 2nd of all she was rude and dismissed my complaint when I called the store telling me pretty much I was wrong when I said I had NO CHEESE and I wanted extra PEPPER JACK which would be visible if it was ON IT!!! I offered to send a picture!! From my order to be repeated 2 times and it to still being wrong it’s ridiculous! They have messed up my food too many times and there is no reason for especially when they’re not even extra busy! Will not be going back here…. I don’t even know why I did today!

Awesome service from Jennie (Bean). This store discontinued protein bowls but she helped serve my needs anyways. Positive and great customer service. She should definitely be the manager if she isn’t already.

Stared at by some lady and her daughter. Lady kept staring at me and picking food out of teeth. Then the subs we ordered were disgusting, lettuce was browning, cucumbers tasted old, green peppers were soggy…whole sub was gross. Ordered extra mayo..got none.

Had to deal with a very rude staff member (older blonde woman with fake blue eyes) that gave us an attitude from the start. I made mention that we had a coupon (to make sure they accepted them) and she waved at me stating “Yeah, we don’t take those right now, that’s at the end” in a condescending tone. After the first sub was toasted, we asked for extra onions and the same blonde gave us an attitude, saying we had plenty and that “five or so is the norm, you have plenty on there.” Got tired of her tone and attitude and the second sandwich we had started making had burnt bread before it was even toasted. Told them to throw them away and that we wouldn’t be back. I guess you’re guaranteed to be served with a horrible attitude at this location. Will NOT be back and DO NOT recommend if you want your sandwich made correctly.

Older lady with blonde hair and “blue” eyes is always so rude and judgmental to customers. Extremely impatient and gets aggravated at customers who don’t order as fast as she wants. If you hate people that much you should not work in customer service. I don’t plan on returning until she isn’t there because I’m not paying to be disrespected.

I placed an online order for Curbside pick up. I get places get busy. But it’s unacceptable to have the people getting curbside sit n wait 20 plus minutes, when there food is already made n ready. The point of ordering online is to avoid sitting and waiting, not to end up waiting n have to deal with soggy bread… I finally got tired of waiting n went in n got my food, even though they tell you to stay in your car.

My girlfriend was waiting for me to get off work and get home to go grab something quick to eat since we had nothing planned for dinner. We make our way to this Subway, while we got there in enough time to get an order in and be out for them to close up at 9 my girlfriend found out that the door was locked 30 minutes early. I see why there is two Subways in this shopping center, one is probably franchised owned and the other is owned by a different owner. This Subway has terrible work ethics and I would much rather seek my business elsewhere. And I recommend everyone doing the same.

This subway is like all the rest most of the time. The customer service is always at one extreme or the other. They are either awesome by being super friendly and helpful or awful by treating customers very disrespectfully. I hold the management responsible for all that stuff. Regarding the food I dont have any complaints. The dining area and restrooms are usually pretty clean.

I got to say that the employee on duty was great, but I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the bread. The bread was so old that my dog wouldn’t even touch it. The store was so hot in the inside I don’t understand with it being 100 degrees out why you would out allow your employees to work in that heat. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.
