They don’t even deserve half a star let alone one. Ordered through doordash. 2 sandwiches, drinks and chips. Both sandwiches missing cheese. Both had little to no meat on them even though one was supposed to have double meat. No mayo on either . The lettuce was not fresh and never received the drinks. On top of that the order took forever. No idea why when the sandwiches were haphazardly slapped together. The dasher updated me throughout the whole thing so I don’t blame them for the delay. This is by far the absolute worst Subway order I’ve ever gotten.

Got food poisoning here twice in the last 12 months.
First time, I had to reschedule a local contractor that was coming out to give an estimate on some work. When I eventually met up with him and mentioned I had food poisoning, he just said “Did you eat at that Subway next to Food Lion”? He said he also had food poisoning from there. Didn’t make too much of it the first time, but now it’s round 2…
Staff is always friendly and the food tasted on par with other Subways. But something’s got to be going on with their food prep / storage / cleanliness, which is the most basic foundation everything else sits on top of

We stopped on our way to a lake and we were the only customers. No matter how kind and friendly we were the lady serving us could not have been any more grumpy or unpleasant. Thinking maybe she just had a rough morning we went out of our way to be extra kind. As we left I nicely said I hoped she had a nice rest of the day, she just looked at me. No smile, nothing. We all have an off day but you don’t need to act like that to customers who are being nice to you. The gas station this is in is VERY clean and the little store is nicely well stocked.

This people of this subway are bigoted persons who refuses to switch gloves or clean the knives when asked even though I tell them it’s for religious reasons, after multiple times I was threatened to have the police called on me as an employee was cussing at me. Now I order through Uber eats a MexiCali and they intentionally and maliciously put it in there. Whether it is for religious or health reasons someone asks you to put gloves on or clean your utensils you should cause had I been allergic I could have died

This sandwich made my Wednesday. The second I walked in and saw the woman with the little diamond tattoo on her face, I knew I was gonna be done RIGHT. They were out of banana peppers but the sandwich carried anyways. I didn’t need to eat chips with it or nothingggg. The sandwich was god-tier, someone give that woman a raise asap!!

Been to lots of subways over the years, and they are (mostly) the same in terms of food, price, etc. This one gets five stars for the lady behind the counter, who was friendly, seemed genuine, and proactively asked if she had put enough of the ingredients on the sandwich (eg., “Is that enough lettuce, or do you want more”?).

How in the world dots this place stay in business or make a profit? Earlier this week we went to this Subway after going to the one near Lowes only to wait 15 minutes without acknowledgment while he fixed an online order. Guess what? It was about 6:30 pm and the doors were locked within the house of operation. We decided to give one last try. Went there today and ordered a wrap and the employee said he didn’t know how to do a wrap. I told him “you can windows it” as he only needs to roll up the flatbread. He just looked at us so we turned around and left and had a great meal at Greek Kouzina.

Loved it! Best sub from any Subway I have been to. Everything was fresh, the veggies even crunched when I bit into them! Employees were exceptional! Manager was on duty also and was super friendly.

Was very disappointed in their service. The poor guy had no help and as soon as I walked in he said it will be a long time and with an attitude ♀️. I am by myself and I have a big order. Seem very tired and sweating too much , I did not want that in my food anyways. Went to other subway in town, great customer service and very clean. Will not go to this place no more last 3 times had almost similar experience, poor customer service.

My sandwich was delicious but even better was the service. Rachel handled her job like a pro! She was busy, the only person on the line, had phone orders, drive through and very busy inside, all done with ease while maintaining a cheerful atmosphere. She’s a great employee to have!
