The one star is for poor management only. Here’s why : I feel really bad for this location’s employees. About a week ago, I ordered online and did curbside pick up. We ended up walking in because we felt they may be busy. She was busy and she was completely by herself. Today we decided to stop in and order at the counter. Again, the worker was completely by herself. There were 6 people ahead of us and more came in behind us. I saw a sign posted on the food case that said NO PAPER COUPONS. We felt so bad for her. They advertise curbside pickup, fresh sliced deli meat, fresh baked bread and custom toppings. But they expect ONE person to do all that? Where was a supervisor or manager and why weren’t they pitching in? They need at least two front line workers and supervisors. There is no way a person should have to work under that pressure. While we were there, people were nice but how long would that last? Come on Subway, help this location figure out a better plan. We decided to leave.

I love this location. Yesterday i ordered a turkey bowl and a large veggie. So impressed with the all the veggies, nothing was wilted, the lettuce was very clean and fresh, no brown spots. The spinach was amazing looking, and the turkey was perfect too.

Other than the occasional closings or late opening of this store at random times. The food is always good as well as good customer service. Though recently the soda machine has been down for a few days now. That should really be fixed, as I prefer a fountain drink over bottled.

I went there today and got 4 footloose and a salad spent 45. There were busy so I moved ahead to pay. When I got to my sister’s and she opened the salad there was no lettuce in the salad bowl only the meat. When I called to tell the manager tonight he said I should have noticed. I said I moved ahead to pay because of the line and told him you know I don’t want nothing from you and hung up. REALLY!

Pathetic! I was in there at 7:30 PM on February 21, 2021 and there was only one employee working. He was doing the best he could do and I would just like to say how unfair Subway is for allowing this to happen. There should be no reason to have only one employee working at a time. There were about seven people in line and he was doing a great job, just needed some help. I personally know someone who worked there, And it was the same way when that employee was there. Subway needs to look at treating their employees better and staffing better.

Not only did the have the open light off while they were till open. They had their friends inside the building talking with no mask coverings. They were rude and completely messed my sub up by not toasting it correctly so the meat was cold. The bread was soggy after I had asked for them to give it a extra toast. I felt rushed to make a order.
