Ordered 5 Lunch boxes for a group of hungry Cheerleaders & what a great experience! The manager called to double check the online order and accommodate anything the girls wanted on their subs! Pickup was easy & pleasant! I will definitely order again from them & refer them out to other sports teams at SE! Thanks again!

Ordered 2 meals and when we picked up the order, it only had sandwiches. We had to chase the other items down with an employee that clearly didn’t want to complete the order. The items ordered online where not available. One meal we paid for a bottle drink but ended up with fountain, so we were overcharged. The sandwiches were a disaster. Terrible service. Cannot recommend.

Honestly, my experience with this location has been terrible.

The first time I ordered online, they were out of cookies, and instead of offering a refund, they only offered a substitution for cookies no one in my household would eat. On top of that, when I arrived to pick up my sub, it wasn’t even ready—I ended up waiting 45 minutes past the promised time.

More recently, I visited again and couldn’t even use my digital gift card because their scanner was broken. Instead of manually entering the gift card number, they just refused to take it.

On multiple occasions, they’ve also made some of the skimpiest subs I’ve ever had. The customer service is okay, but the communication is terrible. If I were you, I’d go to a different location.

The staff need direction.I went in ordered a BLT was told they didn’t have any lettuce well OK but then I was told they had no mayo I mean what do I do with a roll 2 little slices bacon and a couple tiny slices tomato. They want you to pay full price. Come on people Food lion is 4 they doors down . Oh and they told me the truck would be ordered the next day , so I guess they won’t have any all day tomorrow either.

Drinks always down, never any chips, slow staff, meatballs usually out, just not great at this location. Definitely the worst location. They should close. Never have anything. Out of 6 meats including chicken and turkey lol

We stopped by on our way out of town the night before Thanksgiving, and the two women working provided excellent service. They adeptly handled several online orders while cheerfully serving in-person customers. They were knowledgeable with rewards, and the experience was a pleasant surprise on a busy night before Thanksgiving.

I get it that good help is hard to find, especially in today’s time, but THIS establishment needs some management overseeing their crew. I should have read reviews first. I happened to be in Mebane, and was picking up food for someone else. The girl working there, who looked barely old enough to stay home alone, was extremely rude to a couple of non- English speaking patrons ahead of me. She very sloppily put their subs together, slinging sauce and condiments everywhere with the bread knife. As she cut the subs, she literally left gobs of condiments on the outside of their subs. There was still loads of sauce and toppings on the knife. I had to ASK her to wipe the knife down before preparing my food. With so many people with food allergies, you can’t assume that everyone wants the last guy’s food mixed with yours. For someone with a food allergy to something on that knife, that could be very tragic. But she put my paper down on top of all the excess sauce and condiments on the counter, so we wound up getting plenty of residue from the previous orders anyway, even though I mentioned food allergies to her. Then she actually slung my bag at me when I told her I’d already paid her coworker.
They need to work on training of food allergies, cleanliness, and customer service at this location BIG TIME!

Placed two app orders because of the deals. Well my worst fears came true. Neither sub was made correctly and of course we didn’t realize it until we got home. Paid $3 for extra meat and cheese, and it wasn’t added. I ordered some different veggies and they weren’t added. I mean is it really that hard to take your time and read the order? The other sub we ordered didn’t even look like it had cheese on it all. If you can’t follow the app order details, then the store should start giving the same deals in store. That way we can micro manage them as they make it.

They did not have any chicken products, they run low on their veggies and tend to give you what’s left before the bring out fresh packs
