Absolutely awful, worst experience at a subway I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup and when we got home to open them they were so bad! The bread and cheese was stuck to the paper and the order was wrong. I called the location and they said they couldn’t talk because they were busy, to call back in 15 minutes. I drove there instead and the manager was not there, an employee said they were having issues with the bread today and didn’t know why?? So she called the manager over the phone and she proceeded to tell me that they do give refunds within 24 hours but since SHE is not at the store and won’t be back until tomorrow she can’t give me a refund at all, she can only remake the sandwiches for me today or tomorrow, how is it my fault that I can’t receive a refund since you’re not at the store today? I was able to dispute with my bank and get the money back but stay away from this establishment, I’ve never had an issue like this before at a subway but I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering here.

Today when I went to the subway on N. Main there was a man at the register and 2 ladies waiting in line. There was only one employee working. I stepped out to finish my phone call when a gentleman walked in and stepped to the side. He had a list with him. When the lady finished ordering and paying she said “good luck with this”. I didn’t know what she was talking about until I stepped up to order. So the guy who came in after me when I was outside told me I could go ahead of him since he had a few subs. I said ok thank you. She skips me on purpose. I said ma’am I’m next. She says no you’re not. The guy and I say at the same time that he told me I could go next. The lady I am speaking of was Shantelle. She didn’t have a badge in so I hope it is spelled correctly. She was rude and wanting to go back and forth with me. Then when u started to order she said they didn’t have any Italian herb in a rude tone. I left and told the guy thank you for letting me order before him. I turn led back around to get her name and she claim there was no corporate number. She is rude and hateful. You would think she would smile due to her looking how she looks!! You are in customer service!! Have a better attitude or simply go home!! Get it together ma’am!

This is the second time I’ve come here for lunch. awful. The first time took long and the same lady Ms.T she is down right rude. I understand it was busy.
Today again. She she was in an argument with another employee there. Had to wait long again. She comes to the counter asks me what my order is. And thew hands as I was pulling up my order. Sound like She is the problem here. Absolutely awful and disgusted. I work at a fast food restaurant and understand frustration. But I ain’t stupid.

There is no customer service in the way of a greeting. The food is a hit or miss depending on what was ordered. The toppings look old and are not fresh. Also, they run out of food a lot such as tuna or chicken. There is no reason this establishment should run out even with processing a catering order! Lastly, if you go yourself or send someone they cheat you out of toppings. They don’t mind giving you a bed of lettuce or spinach!

This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a subway. The employees were extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. My dad and I walked in and the employees made our sandwiches and were yelling at us while making the gentlemen behind us sandwich before ours. The lady making the sandwich was extremely rude and we felt very pressured to know exactly what we wanted. Will never return to this subway I recommend no one ever coming here.

The worst sub ever the bread must have been at least 10 days old. Crumbly and falling apart. Had little to know meat on it and dries a bone I had asked for mayonnaise and got nothing. It’s pretty bad when your dog won’t even eat it. Never again will I order from the store.
