11 AM and still weren’t set up to serve anyone. Dont even try the drive thru, nobody is ever there to take your order. Might be the worst location in town.

Is one of the cleaners Subways that I’ve been to the staff there is very interesting if I’m on that side of town I’ll go to that Subway so it’s not bad at all and it’s cute inside I like it a lot nothing would recommend the one on South Main

The food was absolutely amazing! I’m extremely picky due to my autism and they were absolutely amazing with the food, friendly atmosphere, and the service was absolutely exceptional! Yes they currently have a limited menu however if you’re willing to work with that then they’ll find a way to work with you! It’s rare to find such young and eager people working for such a franchise nowadays but the employees here absolutely nailed it! If I could give 10 stars I would but unfortunately 5 is the max! 10/10 a very happy new regular here!

Where do I begin…

First off, don’t bother with the drive through. It’s there for decoration. No one will take your order.

Second off, don’t bother placing a mobile pickup order. Pickup was at 5, I came at 459 and they only started making it when I asked about my order. I wanted to go in, pick up then leave. I had to stay for 20 minutes.

Thirdly, don’t bother getting a drink. I paid for a lemonade – they were out, and both of their sweet teas were watered down and tasted horrendous.

Their drink machine was bad, the cooler was unstocked, the chips area was missing so much…

Fourthly and most importantly, pray for the employees. They have to deal with busted equipment, an insane workload and bad management. I hope they do well

They have better work ethics than my current political representatives.

Waited at drive thru as the only car for about 10 minutes, nobody ever spoke. Finally pulled up to window and an employee came and asked how they could help me. I said I was trying to order but the drive thru speaker must not be working. They said they don’t do drive thru, only inside orders at the counter. Parked and went inside to order a salad with chicken, but they didn’t have any chicken. Left and went elsewhere.
Nobody else was in parking lot or restaurant.
Employee was friendly.

Why do you have a drive thru menu and speaker and windows if you don’t do drive thru service?

We got our lives threatened by an employee that states he’s from the hood and hell kill my 73 year old Mom throwing gang signs and freaking out on us (cussing and swearing)because she asked for a meal and dude rang us up for just sandwiches. It was the most uncomfortable experience in my life in a restaurant. My Mom walked out of there so fast she was fearful for her life. I followed her to assure she was safe, then went back in yo get my refund as we received no food and wasn’t going to eat in that hostel of an environment. Dude was even swearing at his manager and pushing her. Worst subway I’ve ever patronized. First time I had ever been to that subway. Ill never give back. Its extremely unprofessional to treat an elderly person and a disabled person in this manner ( this was unacceptable for anyone)who ever owns this restaurant better watch out as this is the type of stuff is something you’ll get sued over.

The service was horrible. Cookies was hard as rocks. Warm drinks inside of the refrigerator. My turkey sandwich tastes like tuna. They didn’t have any lettuce. Mind you I didn’t find out that they didn’t have any lettuce until I told her what I wanted on my sandwich.
