It’s not worth what you pay for it !! I have had something wrong with my order the past three times that I have ordered at this restaurant. I even tried ordering through the app and the food was worse. The spinach looked wilted, and I was missing some items off of my sub.

Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and they didn’t put the sweet onion sauce also saw one of the kids working in there physically touch his face with gloves on and then continued to prepare food for the gentleman in front of me.

Revisited this place a few days ago. Love this particular subway the most. I feel bad saying “old lady” cause I’m terrible with names but she worked here when I was in high school 15 years ago and I loved seeing her then, and she’s the same cheerful loving woman now.

The vegetables were very fresh at this subway not like the last subway we ate at. The persons making the subs were very quick and efficient. There was one of the girls that had a slight attitude. But other than that we were very satisfied with this location and the price. Still upset they took my favorite bread away and sub.

Had a large, angry looking man mean mug my family and I as we walked in. Thought he was just some grumpy customer until he walked into the back kitchen. Made my wildly uncomfortable and wouldn’t recommend this place.

The Subway in Pilot Mountain has the nicest staff. You walk in and they ask what would you like and they make your order literally right in front of you so you can see what’s going on your foot long or 6″ Sub. Good stuff !! I also suggest you try a fresh baked cookie. They are yummy in your tummy.
