We walked in and there is only one person up front helping others so we waited for her to finish in hopes to place an order. When she finished with her customers she then turned to a second employee who was waiting around the corner and started talking. Never offered to ask us if we needed anything nor even acknowledge our presence after looking straight at us. Then makes eye contact as we are walking out the door and still never offers to help us. This is how to get a 1 star review

Service was good as was food although my sandwich got toasted in error and she said she would redo it if I didn’t like it (I didn’t) – I felt terrible wasting food but couldn’t tolerate toasted Italian sub. Next sub was better and very good.

I ordered a flatbread sub online at this location. My husband picked it up and brought it home. They had put my ticket on someone else’s bag. I ordered flatbread chicken onion teriyaki, provolone, lettuce, tomato, black olives, jalapenos, banana peppers and 2 sauces. I got a whole wheat bun, chicken, cucumber, spinach, lettuce and tomato. Soggy and completely wrong. I always get the same thing. I’m getting my money back or a free sub. By the way, they don’t answer the phone so I can’t make a complaint.

Francine did not properly make my sub and when informed she instead wanted to argue. My order was an online order. I wasn’t too happy that she could ruin an online order because I mean it’s literally plain text. Spoke to her very nicely until she took the sub in the back with no gloves and still nicely told her “you weren’t wearing gloves.” She threw the sub on the counter and said “I’m not remaking the sub.” When brought the Sub I didn’t even have a bite taken from it. She only remade my sub after she called Law Enforcement and they literally told her to remake the sub. No threats were made to her but she was told that I was not leaving until she remade my sub. The other girl was sweet but Francine was very rude and had this distasteful attitude.

Normally I would rate this place a 10 due to personality but today absolutely not. The girl with the blonde wig is horrible no personality throwing sandwiches together. With a very nonchalant attitude it was cringing to watch. That’s not a good look for a business!

I didn’t get the names of the two gentleman that was working today (around 4:30pm). They was very professional and took the time to make my subs perfectly!! One gentleman even engaged in conversation. This was superb customer service!! The store was clean & they both washed their hands & changed their gloves after taking a phone order and ringing up other customers!!

I would highly recommend this Subway. Service was wonderful & polite & very pleasant. The workers Alex & Riva were extremely kind and patient with my questions & they’re extremely sufficient and speedy on their service and my sub was really fresh and delicious especially when I noticed that I could see everything and watch them put it together and observe with my own eyes the quality of everything and how very delicious everything looked and how fresh it was. I had a coupon and they were very kind to help me with it very fast. All Subway restaurants pretty much look the same and they’re all supposed to be set up with the same service, but I highly recommend that you consider this locations service and the food try it, it’s really worth it!!!
