I don’t know what the other reviews about waiting for their online order are about. I have lived here 6 years and I order 4 subs at least once a month for our family and they are always there when we get there. The only problem I have had was sometimes they forget the cheese when we order a salad. I have never once had to wait for an order. Even on holidays. Maybe they ordered during a football game or something.

We placed an order 40 minutes ahead of a pick up time. We got there five minutes early, the order was not ready, but we let them know that we’re present. The staff neglected to make our order on time. 15 minutes later (10 minutes after the pick up time) they had still neglected to make our order and I let the staff know that it was now too late to wait and then I was leaving. They had yet to begin making our order.
We called them back to get a refund. The manager refused to refund an order that they never began to make, even 20 minutes later, citing a previously unmentioned policy that we had not waited 15 minutes after the pickup time.
So my wife had to argue with the manager for several minutes to convince him not to steal our money.
And before they get off the phone, the manager who was working at 12:30 PM on November 1 could be heard in the background cussing his employee to “Hang up the damn phone.”
Coorporate should not tolerate such abusive managers.

Male Karen Manager at this store today yelling at kids riding bikes in the plaza. I tried speaking to him, I’m an adult male, but he ran into the store. I haven’t ate at Subway in years and won’t but what a poor representation of the store. The kids are there daily and I’ve seen them actually purchasing items from the store just last week. The kids don’t hurt anything and are respectful to passerbys. If anything is hurting your business it’s that manager.

Very poor experience. It took over 30 minutes to process a mobile order. We checked in five minutes after the order was placed to let them know we had arrived. There was a health inspection occurring at the time and the staff commented that meat had to be moved so customers wouldn’t get sick. After all that, they forgot to make one of the three subs.

Also, this is the first time I’ve been to any restaurant, including Subways, where the staff continue to prioritize and work the counter customers over Mobile orders and place them last. This was especially disappointing since we had checked in to let them know we were there.

This location is pathetic. Every time I go in something is wrong. The drink machine is down, they can’t toast sandwiches, etc. today I went in and they had old pink lettuce that they were serving. I told them I wasn’t comfortable eating it and asked for the lettuce beside of it that was fresh. They insisted that corporate requires them to serve the old lettuce first and that it’s just from the oxygen getting to it. Oxygen or not, no restaurant should be satisfied with presenting that image of themselves. I canceled my entire order due to this and left. I told the guy I understood it was corporates fault and not his but he kept saying it seemed like I was blaming him. Anyone who is comfortable serving this is to blame- whether that be corporate or individual employees.

This is a smaller Subway store in an older shopping center (The Oaks ) in Lewisville in a great location that is easily accessible from both north and southbound US Highway 421 Shallowford Road.

Very slow service during the lunch hour, was only 2 people working the counter to fill in person and online orders…… food good but probably won’t be back for lunch because I didn’t have much time to eat before getting back to work, had to wait in a long line that moved very slow.
