I love coming to this Subway, I come here frequently enough. As a regular, Eren always knows exactly how to make my sub, down to the preference of grilled chicken over rotisserie. He’s quiet, but efficient, able to make 4+ subs for my family pretty quickly. I don’t get the feeling that I’m an inconvenience, so that’s cool.

Carrie is amazing. Went in there and ordered my food. However, my card declined. Super embarrassing. But, Carrie told me she’d pay for it and let me have the food. She was super nice about the entire thing. She seriously deserves a raise or something. Thank you Carrie

They were out of the advertised foot long cookie, they only had one foot long pretzel, out of the pizza, and my “italian herbs and cheese” bread was severely lacking in herbs and cheese. (picture attached). The workers were not rude necessarily, but there is a very strong impression that nobody who worked there wanted to actually be there. I have visited this place a small number of times with the hopes it would improve, but it has been a disappointment each time.

I have been a fan of Subway for many many years but this store has changed that. Last week we weren’t feeling up to fixing dinner so I decided to order sandwiches delivered. I will not do that again. Apparently if you don’t supervise the construction of your sandwich you get whatever they decide to put on. I ordered my usual veggie with cheese and paid extra for smashed avocado. The sandwich I received was missing five of the ingredients I selected including the avocado for which I paid extra. I am including a picture of the sandwich I ended up with, would anyone order this as a meal?

I reached out by email and received a standard form email back from the regional manager who assured me the store manager would follow up with me. A full week later I have yet to hear from anyone so I guess I can let you decide if you want to risk a similar experience and continue to make this store money. I’ll drive a few miles and get Jersey Mike’s from now on because Subway has shown little concern for my lack of a dinner I paid for

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway truly deserves it! The renovations look incredible — the whole place feels fresh, modern, and super welcoming. Everything was spotless, from the counters to the dining area. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here.

What really made my visit special was the staff. Every single person was so friendly, patient, and kind. They took their time with my order and made my sandwich with real care — it honestly felt like it was made with love! They even made sure to change their gloves and handle everything hygienically, which I really appreciated.

This is hands down one of the best Subway locations I’ve ever been to. Great food, clean space, and an amazing team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

OVERALL: Save yourself the frustration and go to Town & Country or The Dalton and spend the same amount for FAR superior service and food.
STAFF: I would love to say that the problem is the employees…but doesn’t that fall back on whomever is responsible for hiring the employees? A clear pattern of hiring from the bottom of the barrel and not requiring professional behavior or clean appearance from any of their staff. This leads me to believe whoever is hiring these employees is likely exactly the same way. Every single visit, which is few and far between, the staff have not looked clean (oily hair, clothes look messy/dirty) and are presenting an incredibly unprofessional and unsanitary appearance that makes you uncomfortable with them handling your food.
They aren’t just slow…they seem to be in their own sluggish, unhurried world altogether. Incapable or unwilling to give quality service or be polite.
COUPONS: As mentioned by most everyone else, you can forget using a coupon at this location. You can expect to pay premium prices for far from acceptable experiences.
FOOD: Definitely NOT worth the price. Bare minimum. Doesn’t seem fresh, super skimpy on the amount you get and often out of key items.

At 4pm today I waited at drive thru 6 minutes with no one in front of me. Called the store to ask if they were open and was rudely told the dthru speaker doesn’t work. Suggested they might want to place a sign on it to let customers waiting indefinitely know and she rudely said she couldn’t put a sign on it unless corporate approved it and she hung up on me as I was still sitting in drive thru. I pulled off and will never return. I guess I should have heeded the online warnings of how terrible the service is at the subway here in King.

It never fails when I order through the drive thru, they don’t make my sub how I ask. I specifically asked for extra extra Mayo, extra pickles, and extra black olives. This is pitiful. I haven’t eaten at this location in a long time and tonight, I’m reminded why. Waste of money. Bunch of dry bread. 0 stars for me. It’s not to hard to make a sub

Normally, we love this location but this time was less than mediocre. My fiancé loves the salads from here but this is half of what he normally receives from there. Ayla (I think that was her name) didn’t seem like she knew exactly what she was doing. She tried to charge him for a sub when we got a “salad” and couldn’t remember what type of wrap I got, even though she just made it. He also didn’t get salad dressing. Very disappointing experience.
