I love subway, and no matter how hard I try I can’t love this one. One of the worst subways I’ve been to. How hard is it to make a sandwich that is one of the most popular ones they have?!?! They mess up every order I put in. Today, I did a mobile order, in the comments I asked if they could heat my meat and cheese but not to toast the sandwich. Tell my when I bit into my sandwich it was still half frozen! I now am waiting for my frozen sandwich to thaw so I can at least try to eat it. I’m sick and tired of how horrible this subway is. Maybe they need better training ♀️

I placed an order online and after I waited 15-20 minutes, I went in. The employee was taking a break, asked if she could help me. After I explained that I had an online order, her response was it probably wasn’t done…it wasn’t. Attitude was not very friendly.

I have eaten here multiple times and I’ve always been happy with the customer service and the food. Tonight I had a few questions about the rewards card and the worker both were very helpful. They were polite and didn’t mind holding a conversation with customer as they worked. Also the one making my sub took the time to make it right instead of throwing it together quickly ike other places.
