I have a very simple subway order – flatbread. Steak and Provolone, toasted to melt the cheese, tomato and lettuce. I have never had a subway mess this up – genuinely… so why did they have an employee in training and trainer allow this disgrace of tiny tomatoes and the absolute saddest sprinkle of lettuce. They couldnt even make it look fuller? Below is one half of my footlong open and the other half bunched together to actually make it feel like a full sandwich…

2 dudes too busy having a tickle fight behind the counter instead of making my order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They were as slow as humanly possible, even serving 2 customers instead of making my past due order! Also didn’t put avocado on my gf’s sandwich or bothered to tell us they didn’t have it, despite paying extra for it! These fine chaps certainly earned the quarter I tossed in the tip jar

Today there was a new guy making sandwiches…and our sandwiches were messed up…We work at Burger King so we do mobile orders from there a lot! The girl I spoke to was SUPER sweet and was able to fix them right away I didn’t get a name but if you are there today 3/6/2025 thank you very much! Me and My husband appreciate it!

This Morgantown, WV location is located near the WVU Evansdale Campus. It is near Kroger. Food and service were good the last time I visited!

i’ve been living here for 2 years and this store did a complete 360!
my first impressions, tried it twice when first moved here and swore to never go back. staff was extremely rude and was out of most basic items and no bread.
we tried it this year and the store was cleaned up, the line look beautiful, fresh and delicious and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.
would definitely eat here again and they do catering!

I’m not sure the girls name, but I ordered an Outlaw over the phone at about 7:30 this morning. This might have been the first sub I’ve ever gotten that seemed made with care and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Great service!

Never used to have any problems with this subway, always made great sandwiches…until recent months. They seem to always be out of something. Bread, certain meats….you’re a sub shop that is supposed to operate with no bread? Today I ordered on the subway app as I usually do for the discounts, and I get there to pick it up and nothing has been made because of being out of bread…then once the order was changed, got back to my office only for my coworker to have to go warm up her chicken because it was ice cold… I’ve given too many chances…

I have not, in the past, had many problems with subway. I understand that life provides difficulties for both people and businesses alike. However, sometime shortly after the university lifted it’s mask mandate, this particular location of subway had a broken oven for about two or three weeks as well as jacked up the prices due to inflation. I understand they couldn’t have much power control over either, but I don’t like my subway subs cold, especially if I pay more.

After telling her I’m here for a pickup order she marked the pickup order as ready and refused to make it and kept making people’s orders as they came inside. Waited longer than everyone inside even though I technically ordered before all of them and waited in the lobby the longest.

Was visiting from CA and staying in Morgantown; I have never been to a Subway that packs it’s sandwiches so well! Usually when I get a footlong here, I get 4 scoops of tuna, maybe 5 if I’m having a lucky day. I got at least doubled that on my footlong here! Mind you, the lettuce looked like it had seen better days and my sandwich maker didn’t know what pepperoncinis or jalapeños were (had to point them out to her). The chopping block could also use a good scrub down, was badly stained and lots of cross-contamination of veggies (lettuce in almost every basket). It was also really oddly quiet inside and the employee looked very timid/shy.
