The folks behind the counter had attitudes sharper than a porch cat who missed breakfast. acting like hogs guarding the slop bucket. The bread was stale as last year’s cornbread, and fell apart like cheap lawn chair in a hurricane. I’d sooner wrestle a gator in church clothes than come back.

Who ever the pencil pusher is that decided it would be a good idea to remove shredded mozzarella cheese from the choices was a bad idea. How does one have a pizza sub without the cheese? An even better idea is to “upcharge” me to substitute the sliced mozzarella because YOU removed the shredded mozzarella. You have to use twice the sliced to even come close to having enough cheese. Not happening! Lost business over cheese! Might wanna think about putting shredded mozzarella cheese back in the menu!!

I’ve been going to Subway for a while now but this was the worst experience ever.
OK I understand your internet and card payment system was down. OK I understand you couldn’t just let me walk away with a free 6″ BMT. OK I understand the only way out of this situation was for me to walk out into the snow, get to an ATM and pay the $3.50 withdrawal fee. But why did the staff acted like it was my fault all along? And why were they talking about me in the 3rd person like I couldn’t hear them? “He went to the bathroom”. “He’s gonna have to get some cash now”.
I am sure they are good people but someone needs to train their people skills.
BTW, the sandwich was good (even though I had to pay $3.5 more for it).

Usually this place is pretty good but tonight, because of the other Subway in Weston being closed due to no air condition, it was horrible. I actually cut the sides of my mouth on the bread because it was so hard, after my husband having to wait 10 minutes for fresh bread to be made. Seriously ridiculous!! I dont blame the employee since he seemed overwhelmed. I blame the other Subway for not being open.

Beware! You might have a better time if you look like a local, if you know what I mean. Extremely rude staff. Can I have my foot long wrapped as two six inches? “We don’t do that here” And more comments. Wildest treatment we’ve ever received at any restaurant. Just stay far away.

Stopped by for lunch today and was impressed with the service. I think the guys name was Brian and he made the food so nice and it means a lot to me whenever it looks pretty before you eat it.
