I was supposed to have four footlongs and receipt even said four footlongs but I ended up with three footlongs and a 6 in I asked the guy while there’s only three footlongs and a 6 and he said he has to make them how it comes in on the screen and the receipt clearly said four footlongs then the guy just stood there and stared at me and wouldn’t answer my questions

When I came here, I specifically said a THIN strip of yellow mustard. The worker put on three strips and was not thin at all. Mustard dominated the entire sandwich and that’s all I tasted.

So my co-worker and I went to this Subway for lunch and the cops were called on us. After leaving the store and getting some gas for our work vehicle, we came back to this Subway because my co-worker wanted to get a sandwich and I wanted a refill for my soda. Come to find out, if you leave the store, you are not allowed a free refill, only if you eat in the restaurant. Talk about a misunderstanding, as nothing is posted and the cops had to get involved. It’s ridiculous this Subway would call the cops on a single refill that costs the store less than 10cents. After the cop stated there are no free refills once you leave the store, my co-worker went back inside and paid for the refill with my money. Note to self, don’t go back

Ordering online should not exist at this store. I give it a chance every couple of months and very rarely is the food actually ready at the time that the app tells me to pick it up. What’s worse is that I get a notification saying the food is ready for pickup just in time for me to go in and wait another hour. If you’re in any form of hurry at all, this is not the place for you to eat lunch.
