Very hit or miss could be great could be terrible based on employees. Last night 1-1-25 we placed an order and as we drove off and did t have time to turn around found out that 70% of the order was wrong or cold and we were early for the pickup. Please review your employees. Not a hard job to read a slip and make it to order.

My sandwich artist was great. I ordered through the app and let her know I would meet her at the counter to make my additions. I guess it said Itallian bread, I always get the herb and cheese, and she insisted that it get swapped out. I kind of regret saying anything because she was so nice and just did what the order said. I messed it up. She was also training someone, so it was good in that sense because of how she treated me, the customer. Great sub at a great price

Drive through screen gives you a total that is not correct. Should have been 8.19 and was charged over 10 dollars. Employee said its broke and can’t be fixed. False advertising. Will file a complaint with BBB amd corporate.

Watched the older woman with glasses yell at two first responders to get out because they had sat a table she had just cleaned. It was 3:30 PM, so not even close to closing time. Not sure what kind of operation they’re running where they think verbally abusing EMTs is a good look. Don’t spend your money here.
