Did I mentioned that they did not make a single mistake on any 1 of the 25 orders??!
The best! So helpful and accommodating of our allergies and dietary restrictions.
Thank you!!!
I came back to get my platters when she told me they would be ready, and I noticed they were wrapped as whole 12” sandwiches and not individually(cut into 4 parts) as I was told they would be. I brought it to the young lady’s attention, and she said she would get it fixed.
I sat down and 2 minutes later a gentleman(the manager) went to hand me my order and I asked if they were not going to wrap them individually like they stated. He got an attitude and walked to the back with my order. I could see through the reflection of the oven door that one of the employees had gloves on and was transferring the sandwiches into individual wrappers. Then I noticed the manager with no gloves, wipe his forehead, then grab a couple of sandwiches and wrap the pieces individually with no gloves(Pictured, but hard to see). He then grabbed trash off of the floor, threw it away, then walked into the lobby(still no gloves).
When he came into the lobby, I asked him how many of those he wrapped with no gloves. He said none, shook his head, and walked outside. When he came back in I made sure to tell him that I saw him through the oven door reflection and I even took a video of it. He then said they would remake the sandwiches and at that point I didn’t trust him so I demanded a refund(which was granted).
The nice young lady must have got into an altercation with the manager because she walked outside for a little while and when she came back in, I told her to get the rip money out of the community tip jar because she was deserving of it and not the guy that originally made the platters wrong, nor did the manager deserve part of it.
