Went and got a couple subs today with a friend for me her and her mom and the guy working his name tag said Spooky J was super nice! He made sure you got your sub exactly how you wanted it and was super energetic and nice to us the whole time. I haven’t been to this subway in a while because I never had good experiences but this experience changed that. If he’s working you’re gonna get good service and an even better sandwich. Thanks a lot J you were amazing!

There was an issue with our food guy named Jonathan and some employee she was extremely rude hung up on us. I called to talk to a manager some young kid kept saying you need to call corporate for any complaints. I tried to give subway another shot. But they messed that up with bad employees. I will not go to this subway again I spentv40.00 just to be treated like crap. This subway in ravenswood wv should be ashamed. I will not ever go back to them.very rude to customers. Truly disappointed, I ordered lunch for my wife and I. Why would they make this sandwich so poorly? I mean, i pay extra for a reason, and for there to be literally no chicken on my sub, I pay extra for cheese and it was a light layer. They need to fix this, its unacceptable to eat a sandwich with stale bread and lack of order accuracy. Management needs to be better.

The employees that the Ravenswood Subway in West Virginia are very unprofessional. Have foul mouths and do not believe that the customer is right. I ordered a sub online which was supposed to be ready at 120 I had to wait another 13 minutes for it to be ready and then when i finally was able to sit down to eat i discovered there was no meat on it. I called subway the girl who answered the phone laughed when I told her she then put another girl on who proceeded to argue with me, swore at me then hung up on me. I called back to get her name, the girl answered the phone said the number is……. gave me the name of either the owner or district manager, because Ravenswood doesn’t have a manager, and hung up on me again. This Subway has the most unprofessional foul mouthed employees of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You decide if you wanna eat there. I will never go back.

Went through the drive-thru and got 4 subs. Ordered them toasted. When we unwrapped them, they clearly weren’t. They were cold, soft, and the cheese was not even melted a little and the cheese was cold to the touch. Since we paid $50 for the order, we pulled into a parking space and went inside to see if they’d fix the issue. The manager put her hands on her hips and argued with us, calling us liars, claiming “I toasted that myself!” She refused to offer a solution. Did not offer a refund or a fix. She just stared at us and said, “What do you want me to do about it?”
I worked in food service for a decade. When something isn’t right, you should offer to fix it, especially if it’s something small and the customer is being patient and polite. I know how hard food service is. I know it’s soul sucking and frustrating. It’s why I’m always extra understanding when dealing with difficult people. However, this manager insulted me to my face, refused me service, and then argued with me.
I’ve never once complained to any corporate anybody in my entire life. But this manager made me. I have never once been treated so poorly before! And I WORKED AT MCDONALDS!

Just another subway including the incompetent array of ignorance provided by underpaid and completely oblivious employees. Bread was undercooked, lettuce was brown, and the slicer behind the workers was nasty with food on it. Watched one employee tell another employee that they were, and I quote, “the slowest person I’ve ever worked with, you must be new.” The other employee responded by saying,”it’s my first day, I’ve only been trained for 15 minutes by you.” She then proceeded to walk out. I don’t blame her. This place was a drug trap a few years ago, and now it’s just nasty…food and employees. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. I’d love for corporate to reach out to me if possible, I won’t hold my breath. As expected, still no response from the franchisee or corporate.

Painfully slow service. We were the only people in line, and it took 3 employees an hour to make two subs, and protein bowl, and a frozen pizza (ordered in person – this was not a mobile/online order). The employees were throwing cooking utensils around in the kitchen, laughing and taking their time while we awkwardly stood there waiting for our food order to be taken and prepared. There were several bugs crawling around the women’s restroom. Not a good place to stop if you’re trying to stick to a timeline
This location does have decent parking and plenty of seating.

Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived I was advised the paid for cookies wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes. I requested a reund and was told they didn’t know how and I would have to wait for the manager. 12 minutes later the manager arrived, she gave me the cookies but by that point our subs were cold. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
