The 2 workers at 8pm a dark hair younger male and a dark hair lady were absolutely excellent . They gave beyond great services to us. The food was wonderful. Our bread was so soft. The facility and the Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Hell yeah to this Subway. Thank you all

What a total waste of space employees. So I took my sub back because it was wrong it was something wrong but come on for the prices now days orders need to be correct. So to fix my sandwich the didn’t remake it like any other establishment would no this is what I got instead. They took my sandwich out of the bag tossed in the toaster with all the vegetables still on it toasted it and tossed new veggies on it and handed back to me. This is absolutely the worst kinds of employees an employer wants to see in their establishment.

Story: Asked for my girlfriends pickup order and got handed a bag with a freshly made sub, once home I realized the bag label is wrong and the order is someone else’s food that she can’t even stomach rn. Call and ask about getting a replacement to pick up, only to be berated over the phone by multiple employees trying to get the correct order, but it was already thrown out. Got all kinds of grief just over getting a refund for this simple mistake…

I just stopped in the store and ordered a kind of complicated order and a man named Lee made our food. He was so patient as I had to keep calling my son to ask if he wanted something else on his sub. He made it perfectly and with a smile the whole time. I thoroughly enjoyed my encounter with him and the food was delicious.

This Subway is nice if you prefer a place that is a little out of the way and because of this, it has a quiet atmosphere. The last time I ate here it seemed they could use some help getting the floor plan set (where customers sit). There were some booths and some tables but basically just along the walls while there was a large open space in the center. Also, little to no decoration, at least nothing I took notice of. A little effort in those areas would take this establishment to the next level.
Of course, the food was great. Even better because they will follow explicit instructions when you are customizing your order. They have never said no to any wacky request or odd order I wanted items put on and toasted. Even multiple toastings are fine. You really can get EXACTLY what you want here.

I ordered my food online and when I got it the order was wrong. Tried calling the store multiple times but no answer. Also tried contacting someone on the website and has not said anything back. Is there a way to actually contact the store?

We ordered 3 subs for pick up. Got home and all 3 were wrong. BMT was supposed to have lettuce, black olives and pickles instead of tomato and onion. The Supreme meat was supposed to have the condiments that were listed. However it had the condiments that were supposed to be on the BMT. The meatball sub was supposed to be on Italian not on herb and cheese. We were not happy with our dinner

Don’t expect the description in the app to match what you will get. No bready bowl with no tuna salad. Happened here before. Guess it’s poor training of staff.
