The 2 employees that were working together today to make our order are exceptional employees, workers, and both had great people skills while still paying attention to the details of my complicated order. There names were Zoe and Carl, and we just wanted to take a minute to thank them. It is rare nowadays to experience exceptional Customer Service and we just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to 2 individuals. Dreama was great. Watch her put together a fairly complicated order for a woman an couple kids in front of me. She was hustling! Made my order bagged up extremely neatly even remind me to grab from the bottom case the bag may break. Food was great she was phenomenal, and all of this was 15 minutes before they close. I work retail myself at that point you really truly just want to go home! But she was polite professional and she hustled. To her management give her a raise.

My coworkers and I ordered subway for lunch. All of us ordered our subs to have the bread toasted. None of the subs were toasted and that is highly disappointing. Also they forgot to give me chips.

Went to Subway for dinner. Ordered a meatball sub, thinking you can’t screw it up. The meatballs were burned to the point that my family could smell the burned balls across the room. They were hard and gross. Also ordered a salad for my daughter that the spinach was slimy and it made her sick afterward. This is the second and last time I come here.

Sometimes this Subway is on it with quick, friendly service and fresh food, and other times the people don’t seem to care and the veggies are wilted. There are also a couple girls working there that wreak of cigarette smoke while serving the food, which is not very appetizing. We’ve even witnessed them follow us out and sit in a car to smoke while other customers came inside to wait for service. Very off-putting. The soda machine is always down a couple drink flavors every time we are there, but on a good note the place is clean, as are the bathrooms.

The worker that was closing Thursday night was very rude. I was picking up a DoorDash order and she immediately began to say that the way parked out front of the store was clearly the wrong way. She proceeds to tell me that she was not going to have meatballs or chix to make 2 of 3 sandwiches, so I walked into the dining area to call my customer and starts yelling get outta there it’s closed for the night…. I said I couldn’t hear my customer talk to me because she was now telling another customer who parked the same way I did that he was going to get a 500.00 fine . So she yells get outta there it’s CLOSED…. Like customer waS not happy that she was yelling and so he canceled his order she was just RUDE
