This was by far the worst subway experience I have ever had, this past Sat. If you can avoid this location at all costs please do. There is a much better location only 10 minutes away that had excellent service. First there was absolutely no parking at all I know it is located in a downtown area but they need to get something. I was craving subway something fierce hence why we were willing to deal with the parking issue and walk and then drive after this horrific experience. My husband asked the ladies if they could make a subway club with no ham and replace it with extra beef and the older lady said “no we cant do that”. Then he asked if they could make it with just no ham the older lady said again “no we cant do that” then he asked if there was anyway that we could get a sandwich w/o ham since I cant eat ham and if we had to we would pay extra and the older lady yet again responded with “no we cant do that”. So he said forget it and we left. This older lady was unbelievably shockingly rude. Come on I thought this was “FebruANY”. Thank god the lady at the other location knew that “yes” you can do that and I got the sandwich I was asking for with no problem there.

Yesterday I went into for my lunch and the only worker was in the lobby yelling on the phone saying she wasn’t making anymore sandwiches and was done..she was the only worker, so I left. Today I go and I waited 20 mins for one sandwich, in the process forgot my cheese and messed my whole thing up after hearing everything I asked for. I try not to be rude because I’ve been there but come on. Your job is not that hard, at least be friendly if you’re gonna mess everything up?

Just close this subway. Multiple visits over the past several months and they never have bread ready (if they do its wheat or honey oat). Typically only wheat bread is available when i visit. This is on the weekends and weekdays, primarily the weekends. Probably would make money by shutting down, wouldn’t be wasting all that wheat bread.
Also, do not show up 1 hour before close. God forbid you want a sub. They hate your face if you come in during their closing checklist time.
While I am required to leave at least a 1 star review, this location has sucked the stars out of my sky.
Is there any chance the franchise owner can leave this area so Quiznos can move in?

Terrible service, unfriendly, unhelpful staff…. like robots. Spent $26 on food, including kid’s meal and they forgot to give us the juice & applesauce. Not busy at all there and the staff still acting like they were bothered. I’ll stop by our local Subway next time.

Ignoring the bad reviews, I went to this Subway and had no problems at all. Fast, effieicient serivce, and the take-home subs were as good as those from any other Subway outlet.

It’s ashame they was not better prepared. Yesterday went in, they had no bread only wheat flat bread. We was going to go in todat but they close at 3. You have the OVAZ going on and can’t be prepared.

I would go to the location on national road if you are reading this. The staff at this location seems very lazy and takes the job of more of a game than a job. I walked in the tables were a mess, and the drink station was a mess when I was the only customer in the store. The store was also out of pepperoni .

I’m not sure of the girls name but she has shorter dark hair. She’s always so nice and approachable and easy to get along with and makes coming to this subway enjoyable

Went in at noon on a Saturday. Door chime works nobody at counter. Opened door again still nobody came. Left after a couple of minutes. Would not waste time here.

Aside from the fact they are always out of stuff the staff is not attentive or well trained. Sad all you have to do is make sandwiches and you failed.
