Got up to the counter and the person working was actually building some other sandwiches, for himself. Never said hold on just a minute or anything. I got one of those new protein wraps and they wouldn’t let me add all the veggies I wanted. Said the rap wasn’t big enough but yet I had an overabundance of wrap with my sandwich. It tasted good but it would have been a lot better with the garden in it

I ordered delivery from this store. The food was very good as usual. The delivery was missing my chips and drink. I tried to notify the store and they would not answer the phone. Someone kept answering and hanging up. Do better Subway. It took way longer than it should have, but this is a snowy day and I can look past that. Not answering your phone and taking care of customers is a complete fail.

Ordered pick up, they never put that the sub was ready to be picked up. It was supposed to have extra chicken. It did not. It was suppose to have extra sauce, it had NONE. No salt nor pepper. Do not put in an online order. If you can’t watch them and hold there hands it’s not worth it.

I ordered 2 of the Boss. Both 12″. I am local so I brought them home. Everything was perfect except no meatballs on the subs! I called and asked doesn’t the Boss have meatballs. Was told I don’t think so. Then hold on I’ll check. Click they hung up! Now won’t answer my calls

Pre-ordered inline -3 hrs notice. Arrived 5 min late and the subs were not made. They then informed us that meatballs were not available for 1 sub yet, they did not bother to call in the 3 hr window to ask for alternatives. This is just unacceptable. We ended up having to wait in line for dozens of customers who were just placing orders. Why have online ordering if we are going to wait for 20 min to get the product made in front if us?!?! The male worker was efficient BUT the female worker was absolutely worthless.
