Located in a Marathon Station we were able to get gas and snacks for the road. Rebecca took great care of us! We ordered the new summer feature-Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap but we needed it cut in half! She took care of all the details. Great experience and she was very patient my ADHD with all the snacks and drinks surrounding me! Great lunch and super convenient location to gas up and grab a healthy subway! Thank you Rebecca!

This is the absolute best Subway in Beckley! Kyle and every crew member that is employed at this location is amazing. They are always friendly, fast, and the food is always fresh. Having been a former Subway manager in another state, my expectations are high when it comes to Subway. Each experience not only do they meet those expectations but they surpass! Love this crew!

Is it Subway or the BP which own this location. No matter who it is the place is beyond disgusting. We ordered a couple subs to eat in. We went over to the area which has seating and we’re totally appalled at how disgustingly dirty the entire area was. The floor and tables were covered in filth and the trash can was overflowing. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting.

I highly recommend AVOIDING this location at all cost of you plan to eat inside!!!

Don’t tip…..I ordered online and hate tipping in advance! Sure enough I drove to pick up my order based on Subway App time given and when I arrived my order wasn’t even started! Obviously didn’t get my tip back. lol They must have high turnover bc one lady was training 2 newbies.

this used to be my favorite location in beckley, unfortunately it’s experienced a hard fall in grace the past few years. i typically order online, and not only is my order always missing something or just entirely wrong, it’s never ready on time either. twice ive walked in well past the “your sandwich is ready!” timer, and they haven’t even started on it. the ingredients are fresh at least, but i suppose it doesn’t matter when they don’t bother to put the ones id like on my sandwich. maybe my problem is ordering online, i suppose i expect too much in the employees doing their jobs correctly without holding their hand through the process.

Used the App to order my dinner and when I got home noticed my order was wrong. My wife called in and told the ones on duty about it and very rudely the older woman on duty said no the order was not wrong so I had to drive back up there and prove to the older woman the order was in fact wrong.

My children and I stood at the counter for fifteen minutes while the two employees made food and never acknowledged our presence. As one began prepping something by placing four flatbreads on the counter, I leaned in and asked if he was working on a catering order. He didn’t speak to me but looked in the neighboring room and asked a third person to help us. He struggled, perhaps he was new, but after another ten minutes our order was finally complete. I commented that it was taking a long time and after paying and walking away, one young man made a comment that they were busy and we should have been ok with that. I walked back inside and let them know they should have treated their customers better. The same man then followed my children and I outside into the parking lot yelling about his door dash order, dropped the F bomb, and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. The employees of this Subway need better training in customer service and efficiency.

Excellant service. There is one boy in particular there who goes above and beyond for the customers. I don’t remember his name but he is the best employee they have. He memorized our order , right down to each individual ingredient on each sub and made sure the subs were packed full. He was very polite and helpful and got the line down quick.
