I give this Subway a 0…..Your options are very limited, as everything I ordered was discontinued, the tuna, Swiss cheese. I then ordered an Italian hoagie, toasted…he was unable to toast the bread, but said he’d microwave it..( no thanks). After putting the veggies on it, he began wrapping my sandwich. I asked to see the meat as I didn’t see him put any on. There was 1 thin slice of what looked like turkey on it….I again told him I ordered an Italian! Where’s the salami, the pepperoni? At this point I was done. I told him to keep his damn sandwich! That was my first and LAST visit there….I feel this guy is a scheister out to make a buck, and rip off whoever he can…..

This place is always clean. I’ve seen a lot of comments about the owner. First of all he is not rude, and y’all comment on his accent which is just wrong. Imagine how we sound to him. If you’re kind to him, he will be kind too. I go to both Subways in Logan, They are both owned by the same people. I don’t like that they don’t they don’t except the coupons, but it is their business. I’m pretty sure that like on all coupons it says “at participating locations”. They’re run a nice clean business! We go there all the time. Plus, I always leave a tip!

Waiting 10 minutes before anyone came out, and that’s only because I opened the door after coming inside and waiting to make the alarm go off again. Then, I told the guy that I wanted a Ranch BLT and then had to explain what it was! It was not a good experience at all, and I could also barely understand the guy!

The Subway in Logan is very rude. Me & my boyfriend went into the Subway here in Logan & we both ordered a foot long steak & cheese sub. The gentleman that waited on us which was the owner of that Subway store was very rude & he did not wear any gloves at all. U couldn’t hardly understand nothing he was saying. We payed entirely to much for two foot long subs. Our order came to $24 dollars. We had our own drinks. I went back up to get us two small cups of ice & he charged me $4.04 for just two small cups of ice. The bread on our sandwiches was stale & crumbly. We will never ever be ordering from there again. Also I thought if u ran a public business then u had to provide your customers with a public restroom. Well they don’t provide u with a restroom at all.

Food was fine, service sucked. I came in with three separate orders for staff from the nearby hospital. The first thing I said when I walked in was “this will be 3 separate orders, but a total of 2 salads and 3 sandwiches.” From moment one the staff seemed begrudged at me for daring to walk in and give them business. I can understand the exasperation to an extent with it being the lunch rush, but I tried to make it flow as smooth as possible by giving them the heads up.

Problems with the cash register. Could only accept cash. A lady did not have enough cash for all of her food so she did not get to buy at all. Definitely should have been given to her given that we were already in line and ordered our food. They would just throw it away anyway. Then they were not telling people getting in line that the register was down and they could only take cash. Luckily I had some cash in my pocket, but I normally do not. My sub was delicious but definitely not great management.

I will never go back, we spent all most $25.00 there and ask for a cup for ice and the worker said they didn’t have ice another customer walked in and placed an order and got ice. I confronted the worker and he no he didn’t he started backtracking then offered me a cup to get ice I told him to keep the cup and I would not be back. Do Not Eat There.

Old veggies, toasted sub was still cold in middle, stale taste, whole construction crew threw sandwiches away. Also worst smelling restaurant I’ve EVER walked into. Thanks for the $8 coca cola.
