There’s a gentleman who works here with a gray beard, and somehow every sandwich he makes tastes 10 times better. We’ve tried many different sandwiches, and they’re always amazing when he prepares them. This location is usually quiet and not overly busy, which we appreciate. We always order through the drive-thru, and the food is consistently made fresh and quickly. We also love the cookies from this location. The parking lot is a decent size, and there’s always a spot available.

DO NOT order from subway in Hurricane! This is the second time I’ve had issues! The bread is moldy, the management is garbage. I called and told them about the quality issues of their food, she had an attitude right from the start and all she said was “the bread was fine, we checked it.” They clearly didn’t check it. She offered to remake it and I told them no. Cause why would I want food from a place the gives their customers MOLDY food!

Every time we pick here for lunch at work I make 2 trips, the food is NEVER CORRECT. Even order from the app so everything is there no confusion. The little old lady that I believe is a manager (how I’m lost on) she puts next to nothing on the sandwiches, extra sauce.. you do good to have any. Any veggies 4 olives across a foot long, as a customer, we are paying for food, so that’s exactly what I want food the way it’s supposed to be. At nine dollars a sub there should be something on it (veggies) This clearly is not the job or position she needs to be in. If you’re gonna be that stingy to save your food cost then the sandwiches need to be discounted . Cause I’m paying for something and at this point it’s like being robbed on, Or at least if you’re going to act like that about it at least make it right gas is 3$ a gallon and I’m sick of multiple trips and wasting the entire lunch just trying to get what was ordered, Unfortunately, it’s impossible to get in touch with any type of customer service to make a complaint and I highly doubt complaining to the problem is going to take care of the problem. Subway is not what it used to be and I doubt this store will exist much longer if this is the kind of service and management running the place. As someone who’s worked In the food industry as well as managed, this is not how you run a restaurant. This is how you lose business. There’s only one guy that works there that makes the food correct and if there is something wrong He isnt argumentative Or make you feel like a burden to get what you ordered. So my hats off to him.

Went to Hurricane Subway for my 30 minute lunch break, the service was fast but I noticed the male worker creating my sandwich had animal hair all over his clothes. Then once I returned to my car to eat my sandwich I noticed in my meat was a black hair and a dead GNAT. Easy to say I won’t have my lunch there again..

Consistently try to overcharge by changing your order to another sandwich that doesn’t include the bacon, so they can charge more. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, and they changed it to a chicken sandwich add bacon. This has happened more than once at this location. Very desceptive.

Went in with my daughter and grandma, they got annoyed bc they were whispering and my grandma couldn’t hear them, got annoyed when I told them to add an applesauce for my daughter. Girl dropped sub she was making n floor & just left it there & started laughing ! Ordered 2 six inch subs 1 person with 1 flatbread ahead of us & it took 28 mins …. Food was very good and our sandwiches were plentiful. I had the honey hot chicken and will return for another. My wife had a veggie and we both enjoyed our food. Facilities are run down and dirty on the outside. Sign has seen better days. Inside was a little messy in the sitting areas.

Went there last week in the evening and there was two girls and one guy there. Witch the one girl that didnt work there got and free sandwich cause she ask the guy if he was going to hook her up. Witch they fixest her sandwich and still ignore me and a co-worker I work with. Witch we waited about 25 min, I walked out. I will never go back. Witch was a great place and I always gave a very good tip. Now the tip is do your job and pickup girls on ur own time.

I work close by and order online here every now and then. Consistently, my order is not on time, sandwiches either uncut or untoasted, sometimes they even give me foot longs after requesting a 6in (not hating on free food, they just don’t pay attention). I enjoy Subways coupons and healthy eats, but they are never consistent.
