Stopped in for a sandwich for my son while visiting family in WV. It was slow, I thought. So I asked them if they have been slow today but they indicated they’ve been slammed. Yet the place was clean and they all had smiles on their faces.
It was nice to be able to talk to them without feeling rushed.

I ordered an online order. Ordered two protein bowls. The first protein bowl didn’t have as many veggies as the second. The first protein bowl was barely a half of a bowl and the second one is slung together. We asked for ALL veggies to be chopped only to get to the restaurant and be told that they only chopped the tomatoes and she said that the rest of the veggies were “chopped” so they didn’t bother to chop them. I asked if the spinach was chopped and she said no because it is leafy. When I ask for all veggies to be chopped I expect them ALL to be chopped including the spinach. I paid $11.00 for one protein bowl and it was not even worth $5.00. Not happy. The employee was snotty about the whole situation. In the future will go to another Subway.

Went in and expected the usual subway experience which I’m already usually satisfied by. Was a blond haired guy and a younger girl working and they were really funny and friendly. And the sandwich was the best subway sandwich I have ever had. This was a couple weeks ago and apparently the visit stuck with me because I randomly decided to write this review.

Service & food excellent. Ceredo Wv location I eat at this location 3-4 times a week. But I find it sad that the manager of many years is being transferred to Flatwoods in order for the owners daughter to take over. In stead of talking Carter of an 18 yr employee that’s been loyal to the business. You take a chance. The manager at this location knows all the locals sets the atmosphere & will be sorely missed.

Went there to get the 50% off sub per commercials. One in the back and two employees setting at a table and in no hurry to get up. Lady from the back finally came out and I told her what I wanted. She said you have to do it on line. Well I’m 72 and not familiar with those things and asked for help and was told they don’t do that. Three people and No customers I would’ve thought they would have been glad to help. As a former local restaurant owner I was appalled. I sat and tried to do it but couldn’t figure it out. I would like to know if this is the normal way you do business!!
