Super kind and helpful staff!! Immaculate kitchen and dining area! Bright and well lit. Safe and near gasoline and shopping. Probably the healthiest choice on this exit from I64. Close to hotels and casino. Across from the City National Bank. Great sweet tea! We had the Turkey Caprese sub and the Steak Sub. Both faired very well after a few hours boating. Kept them in the sun to stay toasty ❤️‍ if ur a sweet tea fan-one of the Best! Pay attention pulling in and out of parking lot -folks drive a bit crazy on this curved sloped road. Lots of people pulling in and out. Stay safe!

Literally never get any order right. This was supposed to have extra chicken cucumber and lettuce. They barely put any lettuce on it at all, and probably the regular amount of cucumber, and did not add extra chicken. Also was supposed to have the wheat bread and they somehow used Italian cheese bread.

The past 2 times I’ve ordered here online, they messed up the orders. If you’re gonna eat here, make sure you order in person because they need someone telling them exactly what to do or they can’t get it right for some reason, they do not know what “extra” means, yet will charge you for the extra.

There was 1 employee who did the first the section and 1 who did the second, ensuring no cross contamination. Both people put the food on carefully and didn’t throw everything in one place. Finally, my husband asked for a chipotle sauce but a different sauce was in the bottle. She noticed immediately (only went to a small part of the sandwich) and offered to remake the sandwich. He said it was okay and just to add the right sauce. She ended up taking the portion with the wrong sauce off and readding the ingredients. Food was delicious!

Nothing super special about subway in general. I always feel like they skimp on their toppings (I know they’re trained to only put a certain amount on unless asked otherwise) but about 5 onions is silly and 4 slices of tomato. Just stopped here on a roadtrip because it wasnt a burger place. The staff was friendly and efficient though!

We had luch today. Turkey breast with veggies on white bread and my husband ordered a turkey bacon spinach wrap which are new. Very quick and easy lunch bit still somewhat healthy. I recomend it for anyone wanting fast food without the grease. #Letsguide

Yesterday my husband and I came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and a Philly cheesesteak foot long around 7:00pm. We were kindly greeted by two gentleman. The one gentleman that made our order was amazing! Incredibly respectful with the precise sub making skills and it was the best subs we have ever had from Subway in our lifetime! Those two gentlemen are the prime examples of a great employee that shows superb hospitality and patience while under pressure.

The guy that made the sandwich was wonderful. (Didn’t get his name, but had tattoos on his face)Very personable! Smiling and happy to help us….the other one, the woman, acted like we were bothering her. He was not sure how to do something and she was not very nice about it. She was obviously aggravated with him, therefore taking it out on the customers. I like this subway because it is close to home and its usually very inviting….

I’m a HUGE Subway fan since it was my start and part of an incredible weight loss program

My first time at this location. Got the Turkey Cali a d it was Delicious! The Staff there was incredibly Customer Service oriented.

Pretty good. Nice employees for all my experiences. The staff has changed a lot over time but they’ve always seemed pretty good. I’ve never really had a reason to complain at all. One time they accidentally put caeser on my sub instead of ranch and offered to remake the entire thing. I took it anyway, not that different. Ranch is better tho. Sucks driving out of the location though lol
