Food was very good, my problem is with Subway as an employer, the young lady who worked the store and I mean the entire store, she was working by herself, I asked if someone called in sick and she said her coworker left at 7pm. Leaving her with the responsibility of handling the business and closing by herself. Bless the young woman’s heart, she was swamped and had a line when we came into the store to shop and when we decided to eat here. She was so busy she couldn’t stop to shut the gate, to not accept more patrons. This is employee abuse. There should always be a minimum of 2 employees to close, at all times and specially during the holidays to accommodate people doing their holidays, Christmas is in 2 weeks and you can’t afford to keep a second person to help out an obviously dedicated worker, cause I would have walked out gone to the Waart manager and said bye Felicia. I love Subway, but as of this moment my family is boycotting Subway for it’s unexceptible business practices when considering the moral obligation to make sure their stores are fully staffed and treatment of it’s employees. Will be calling corporate over this issue. Food was good though. SHAME ON SUBWAY!
THESE ACTIONS BY SUBWAY SAYS TO ME THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATRONS TIME AS WELL, WE WAITED 30 minutes in line for a damn sandwich.

By far the worst subway experience I have had ordered several things that it had no problem taking the money out of my account but once I got there they didn’t have it and takes 5 days to get money put back. The crew that was working obviously don’t read orders everything is backwards. The bread was not fresh on not one sandwich. I love going to subway but will NEVER go back here.

I would not recommend eating or working here ! They don’t pay you what you are suppose to get. I worked there for a month and a half and they only paid me $64 dollars and told me I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. I saw roaches crawling on the floor. There are spider webs where they store the food. The employee don’t change their gloves or wash there hand before making sandwiches. They leave 1 person to run the whole store and won’t hire no one else so the mangers can get more hours.

Store was a little dirty and not clean like other subway stores. Also when the lady pulled the soup bag out of the container that held the soup she let all the water from underneath drip all over the ham and Turkey meat….GROSS!!! She never washed her hands either after she scraped the container and threw the bag away. The store was out of soup as well !! Probably will not eat at this Subway ever again!!

One Star is being kind. Just left this Subway, while my husband was checking out in the fast lane with the kids. We were hungry and decided to grab some subs to take home. I go over there and nobody was there. I stood there for about 5 minutes looking at the disgusting mess of food to chose from. The whole time the girl is actually talking to the guys who check your receipts when leaving WalMart. She claims she didn’t see me. She came over and proceeded to take my order. Honestly looking at how unsanitized the food was being stored had me wanting to leave but my kids were hungry. What made me walk away was when I asked for fresh pepperoni and cheese because it looked gross with pieces of tuna dropped in it. She got a attitude and walked off to get it. Look, this subway is usually clean and nice but tonight it was nothing close to a good experience. It was dirty with containers looking like they been in the bin for weeks and food just being thrown in it. People don’t want to pay 30 dollars for 5 subs just to get nasty gross toppings so I walked out!! Sorry but I’ll drive to St Albans before I serve my children that mess. She needs trained on how to do her job right by keeping the display of meats and toppings clean and fresh for her custumers which she’s paid to do. No wonder there were no customers.

Absolutely horrible, They leave half a employee by herself during dinner rush. I say Half because the women is so slow and doesn’t even know what she is doing. I stood there and waited while it took her almost my whole 20 minute lunch break to help one customer. Subway literally surprised me with just how horrible they can be. This location needs to lose its Franchise License and or bought out by competent owners.

Their stingy with their extras, you tell them you want éxtra sauce, extra veggies, they act like your taking it away from their Timmies, what happen to pleasing customers, if they want it for themselves then they need to close to public and eat it all themselves, I don’t mind paying for extra, long as it is extra, but a couple peices extra or a spoonful extra sauce, no way I’ll pay extra, Extra is Extra, not a pinch then charge a price, God Bless money hungry owners, who knows they’d themselves would not eat a sandwich dry or not made the way they like it, nor would they pay extra for a piece of two , or a spoonful extra sauce, that you can’t tell the DIFFERANCE, wow, Would you do Jesus that way.
