This place is the best. Customer service is everything ,they lucked up and got some great workers. Pay them to keep them ,, this is the only restaurant I’ve been in that I’m always treated like family. They are the business and the owners are lucky to have them. I don’t know any of their names but they are all wonderful. And it’s so CLEAN.

Wednesday night, 1-7-26. Slow service and staff mocks customers. This location does not like to give toppings or sauces generously. You can order extra or more and you will be lucky to have 3 pieces.

I ordered in the app and it took 50 minutes for them to make the order. While we ate at the table, the blonde sandwich artist could be heard complaining about app orders and how if the customer orders 6 sandwiches then they should be all the same sandwich. Next, you could hear her mocking the way customers ordered the toppings, apparently too slowly for her.

Subway is my favorite stop when I travel or if I’m not in SA and there are many great Subways. It has been 2 years since the last time I ordered at this Saint Albans Subway because the service is so bad and they haven’t improved. Maybe 2027 will be the year I have a good experience at 133 MacCorkle. Not coming back this year.

This is easily the best Subway in this area of West Virginia area. The quality , order accuracy and cleanliness sets the standard for other Subways to strive for. The Asst Mgr- Chris is in charge and on the front line every time I visit for lunch. He is meticulously managing his staff and the business. I eat here at least once a week, usually more often. Thank you Chris for running such a great restaurant with such care! You’re the best. You should be a trainer for all the Subways! You drive the success of your store, I’m sure.

We ordered thru the drive thru very fluidly we were taken care of by a very quick & kind gentleman. He promptly took our order & had it fresh & hot to us! Ordered the new Pickle-ball Sub & it was so tasty! We asked him to cut our 12 inch into 4 pieces & he took care of us! Close to gasoline & route 60. Fresh selections.

Will start by saying the sandwiches were good but that is all I can say was good. Service was poor at best. After completing my order they left my sandwiches on the counter and went on to complete 2 other orders while I was just standing there waiting to pay all the while knowing my toasted sandwiches were getting cold. Follow that by me asking about the online deal I wasn’t able to get because the subway app continued to “error” when I tried to place the order online. They were very rude when they advised me that the app wasn’t there’s. Maybe it’s corporate operated but they make the sandwiches ordered on it and honor those prices when someone is able to order online but the real issue was their overall attitude when asking about it. I can and will spend my money dining elsewhere in the future.

They sure don’t know what customer service is at this location. Wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the 3 staff members. Just grabbed my online order and left. Good thing they verify what orders you are to pick up.

They made our uber eats order wrong and the guy on the phone was very rude , and told me that there was nothing they could do about it and to contact the driver whenever they messed up our order . I added pictures of the sub it’s definitely not a 12″ sub. Would not recommend ordering from here.
