Frank has made my wife’s and my sandwiches for the past week. Out of all the time this Subway has been opened, his customer service is the best I’ve had offered. He is very honest, friendly and cares about the quality of the subs he makes. This man needs a raise.

I went here with my family to eat after shopping at Walmart. I tried to order a chicken ceaser wrap with the cheese heated on the meat but the worker refused saying that policy doesn’t allow them to. I asked if they could melt the cheese a different way and was told no. I was utterly confused! I’ve ordered the same wrap at subways all over Kanawha county and surrounding counties, and have never had an issue. It’s bad enough that a wrap is well over $10 but to not to be able to enjoy it the way I like it is even worse. I decided not to order my food from there. I’m fasting and dieting and am picky when I do treat myself out to eat. My father and son ate their sandwiches (with melted cheese) and was happy with their orders. I won’t be eating at this location in the future due to the rudeness and not being able to order my food the way I like it.

This Subway and the people here are top quality. The food is fresh and we’ll made, clean, organized and tastes great. I get super excited when I get the manager Kimberly because she is super personable and makes the best sandwich.
I eat here an average of 3 times a week and will drive farther to come to this one. Easy 5 stars.

I sit down to order through the app
I’m questioned about what bread I’m going to want immediately by a girl that wants to go on break
The idea of ordering through the app is that I’d rather not have to speak to anyone, so I’m already annoyed to have to answer questions about an order I’m currently putting in anyway, but whatever, no big deal.
They make the wrong sub
She asks if I’ll accept this sub instead, even though I paid $4 more for the other sub
I decline
She talks me into taking it for free, since they’ll have to throw it away anyway
I don’t really want it, but accept. I figured I’d throw it in a fridge, and have it the next day or something
A guy comes 2 minutes later to take back the sandwich the girl just talked me into taking…
The next two days, both of my orders are wrong.

Treated badly by the lady working tonight !! Hope it’s took out of her pay check because it wasn’t made my way and probably not made fresh !! Since when does corprate say the cheese is to put on the bottom? Every pizza i have ever had the cheese was on top ! She said thats the way they where told to make them and if i wanted cheese on top it would cost me EXTRA !!!!!! Isaid i hope you like eatin it because you just bought it and walked out !!!!

I waited for 15 minutes while they were in a meeting with their manager on the phone, continuing to tell me “it’ll be like 2 more minutes!” I finally ring the bell again and he comes back up. I ask them if they’re almost finished, he says yes, it’ll just be about 10, maybe 15 more minutes. I can’t believe someone would make a customer wait 30 minutes to make a sandwich that takes about 4 minutes to make. I understand things come up, but come on.

Subway has phenomenal food. This one in particular is fast with preparing food with plenty of clearly fresh ingredients. A good choice if you’re trying to lose weight. Some people compare their food to a lunch sandwich but the experience and quality is so much more.

Unfortunately weak service and it took 30 minutes for them to make 3 footlong subs. It was ridiculous. They tasted pretty good though cold by the time I got them home. This isnt my first issue with this subway.

Had no provolone cheese, then yelled at me when I asked them to toast both subs. Told me I only ordered 1 toasted even after I showed her my confirmed order in email showing both toasted. Put wrong toppings on subs, and refused to give me my reciept said I have it in email.
