I will not go to this Subway again. Got a salad and the guy in there was so cheap on adding vegetables and cheese it was like he was having to buy them out of his pocket. Husband got the nacho footlong and what he got was not worth the $5. We went to the one on Stafford Drive and was able to get a better one with things added on the side. This place is a joke and needs to be replaced with a new restaurant or new management.

This subway is the absolute best subway I’ve been to in awhile. She was really sweet and Im very picky about my sub and this lady went ABOVE and BEYOND and made my sub perfectly! Plus the chicken was cooked really well.

Everything was good with our order but when we told them the large lids were out a lady came out and I’m guessing the soda machine was out of Diet Coke because it tasted like rootbeer. When we told them that it was out the lady gave us an attitude like we didn’t know what we were talking about or what we tasted.

I arrived at the store and found that it was wide open, but there was not a single employee in sight. I tried calling out and ringing the doorbell on the counter, but no one responded.
After waiting for five long minutes, I decided to leave without food. It was a complete waste of my time, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
It is beyond my comprehension that a store, would leave their customers unattended in the store. As a customer, I expect to receive assistance when I visit an establishment. This is not the kind of service that I would expect from a reputable store.
In conclusion, I would not recommend anyone to visit this Subway. I hope that they can take this review seriously and take the necessary measures to ensure that such an incident never happens again. If they cannot provide proper customer service, they should not be in business.
I strongly suggest that you avoid this location at all costs.

I went in to order a great garlic…it has 2 x the cheese..well was supposed to and I asked the guy as he pinched the cheese and spread it…”isn’t it supposed to have double” he said it was. I said no way it was a pinch and he said it’s double. I told him nevermind I’ll go to the Stafford drive as usual..most of my experiences at the Walmart SUBWAY had been horrible. I should have took a picture because it wasn’t even enough to even taste it I bet. They have no good customer service

Have never had issues here until today. There was only one person working and they weren’t even there! I waited 30 minutes before an employee showed up to make my food. In that time when he was making my food, he was very rude. I do not recommend eating here.

I did on online order. When I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, they did not made my food. And said they would not refund from the store. Subways won’t respond, so I paid $40 for food that was never attempted to be made.

They finally had soup when I went but it was put in the microwave instead of being ready in the pans. Opened up the broccoli cheese soup and it was chunky and barely warm. I was so excited to finally get a bowl of soup to be majorly let down.

Don’t eat there. I’ve witnessed multiple employees not use gloves, i got food poison 3 times, the person below this review is an employee trying to make the place look better, and management treats the employees very poorly, gotten to the point of it being harassment

Very Verrrrrrrrrrry slow service. Food and atmosphere was great so no complaints there. Just be prepared to wait while the employees talk with each other and shoot the wind the whole time lol.
