I don’t usually write reviews but William (he said they call him SpongeBob) was really sweet! I had trouble with an online order and he went out of his way to make it right even though I’m a complete stranger and he didn’t have to. The service was honestly the best I’ve gotten in a while and it means a lot that they care about their customers so much. I’ll be sure to keep ordering with you guys! 🙂

Food is great there……. if you go in an order so you can watch it being made to avoid issues. The staff are friendly and I should have said something while I was there but this isn’t first sandwich this week that wasn’t right and there was people in line and I worked in food before and I know how it is. I recommend the restaurant just go in person and enjoy the process of watching them make the art that is your sandwich 🙂 Note issue was bacon and sandwich not toasted as requested. Sandwich didn’t even get toasted at all 🙁 but took bacon off and moving on.

Let me start this review off by saying I eat the majority of my meals on the go…and have frequented this subway location several times. I’ve had my fair share of average and even a few below average experiences, but nothing too good or bad to jump on the internet and write about it…..until today. The sandwich that I received today has got to be the finest example of subway perfection I have ever laid my eyes on. We are all flooded with marketing and advertisements 24/7 with photos of menu items that are, let’s be realistic, very rarely what you actually receive when ordering. The sub I received today “The Beast” is as close to picture perfect as I have ever seen. The meat and cheese is layered and stacked with care and precision, and the vegetables are neatly placed between the perfectly sliced italian herb and cheese bread.
Obviously the staff at the Subway location on Stafford drive in Princeton cares about presentation and professionalism. To the staff, keep up the great work, to the sandwich artist that created this masterpiece….THANK YOU…..you have made a regular customer out of me!!

Placed a pickup order with 3 footlongs that had many many toppings and sauces and when we got home with the food they were the lightest, saddest excuses for sandwiches ever. These sandwiches should have been busting at the seams with what we ordered on them. Toppings and sauces were missing, the sandwiches were mostly bread with an inch or two on each end of the subs dry and naked. They even forgot the bag of chips.
We ate the food anyway because we were starving and not in a position to drive back to the store due to money and gas. This is the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had, dating all the way back to me being a customer since 2003.
The manager denied a remake or a refund because we ate the food out of sheer desperation. This was our one take out meal of the month. We spent $32 on air and dry bread. Ridiculous.

This Subway has to be the worst one I have ever visited. At this point, the employees are making subs wrong on purpose. Every single time you place an order to go or through the drive-thru, it’s wrong. Put that you want extra of something? They’ll leave it off completely or barely put any on it. They’ll give you the wrong cheese, won’t add toppings. It’s ridiculous. Look at all of the other negative reviews, and they’re saying the same thing.

This is the third time we’ve ordered online and it was so wrong my husband didn’t even want to eat it. When you call them and tell them you’d like a refund, they want you to bring in the sandwich and they’ll remake it. With how often this happens, they really need to be giving more of a rectification. They don’t even apologize. Something needs to change and fast. They’re going to go out of business and then they won’t have jobs to not care about.

The last two times I’ve ordered my sandwiches have been incorrect but today takes the cake. My husband picked up my order and they gave him someone else’s order and we didn’t realize it til he got home. We take it back and get home and our order was wrong 🙁 at that point I didn’t even want to make the 3rd trip back out or eat! I double checked to make sure the order was correct and it was just not made correctly!

Usually i have no issues with my subs but today I had a different experience that I just had to review. I ordered a subwayclub with provolone, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,onions,green peppers, pickles, and honey mustard. I got a very different order. I got a subway club with no cheese at all, not toasted, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, and mayo was added to it. The sandwich also seemed to be smushed or handled roughly. Idk if this is the issue of the workers or the drive thru order not being sent in correctly on their end. Either way it was not a great sandwich or experience.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I can tell they have been victims of inflation like everyone else and had to downsize a few things but it is still a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The bread seems to be smaller by a little bit but like I said they are just trying to keep cost down during this rampant inflation.
