Ordered a sub thru the app and they made the wrong sub it had completely wrong meats. Asked for it to be double toasted. Im pregnant and meat have to be above a certain temperature for them to be safe for me to consume and they didn’t toast it at all. I even left extra instructions in the notes reminding them to toast the meats extra.

I’m here to post regarding Tonya (Sp?) such a nice lady, over the top customer service. What makes her over the top? She had 3 customers 1 who needed his sandwich cut in smaller manageable portions. Everything was quick, efficient nd she was super nice.

The young woman who wears glasses , working night shift on 1/24/25 , was more intrigued with flirting with the Walmart employee over double checking if me and my spouse were both ordering , my fiancée had to stop her and ask if she was going to serve me because she jumped straight to taking his order . Where they prepare the food , there was food everywhere , it was definitely not clean , when she was asked if she was going to make my sandwich she began getting a smart attitude , and she put the wrong sauce , at this point I just told her it’s fine because it was honestly disappointing and we just wanted to get out . I feel there should be more training , and there should be definite training on customer service and cleaning .

My girl and I were at this Subway last week and had outstanding service from a very nice young lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) Just left there today and had the same experience! Thanks and Biggups to Cory! He was working ALL ALONE at lunch time and did an excellent job! He was patient, kind, courteous and professional. We’re so happy because we were at the Subway location in Ballou Park and frankly Everything sucked! The bread was ridiculously hard and the sandwich was literally just thrown together! The manager there had a terrible attitude and disposition! For those of you who don’t know…the attitude of the one preparing your food makes a major difference on the outcome of your meal !!! Those working in Customer Service positions, “Do unto others…” You know the rest!

Dont know dudes name, but my wife and I walked in at 9:35 and the guy behind the counter told us we could not order cause he had BEGAN to put the food in the bacc. After my wife got on him about closing before 10pm, WHICH IS WHEN THEY CLOSE, he said under his voice in a extremely rude way, “Because I Can” and i turned around and told him to watch his mouth talking to my wife like that, then we began to biccer bacc and forth and when my wife and i were walking out the walmart, he jumped the counter claiming “wassup niqqa, wassup niqqa”. If subway dont believe me, run dem cameras bacc. He should be fired for approaching customers, a PREGNANT WOMAN at that. I do NOT recommend this subway. They are trash.

Ever since Subway changed the menu, I visited 3 different ones and all were not very good. The meats don’t taste the same, they cut out toppings, changed sauces and the bread is tough. Today was my last time. It’s not this location but the changes made to all have made the food worse
