Mobile ordered dinner this evening. WORST decision I’ve ever made. The subs were cut incorrectly and slapped with toppings. None of my subs were wrapped correctly and they all were DRENCHED in an ungodly amount of mayonnaise and oil. When I called the employee states your subs were made a bit ago the longer they sit the more they deteriorate. Mind you I got there 7 mins after I was alerted they were ready. Spoke with manager who states she’s not allowed to authorize “remake”. She said to keep the sandwich overnight and bring back in the morning and the “actual” manager can help assist. Will NOT be back. Nasty attitudes and how brilliant do you have to be to make a sandwich correctly?! I really wish this place would go out of business entirely… they’res always issues with this location especially with the evening/night shift crew.

I always love going to Subway. Almost every time I go there I get the Steak Filly and it is always super good, never had a complaint about it. The meat is portioned perfectly whether it’s a 6in or foot long. Service is really good, the people are nice and helpful. Definitely recommend going there!!

This is the first time i been there and the counters was clean and neat. Sandwich maker Eddie was super nice and very clean made both sandwiches to perfection. Mangerment Amanda was super nice and friendly… Very proud of this change ❤️

If you order online and it says it ready, just go ahead and cancel the order YOU WILL BE THERE FOR AN HOUR PLUS. They never actually have it ready before you get there and if there is anyone in there they come first and you wont matter at all. I personally waiting over 45 minutes for my online order after they said it was ready for pick up. AND THIS SUB IS THEIR BEST WORK AFTER 45 + OF WAITING. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
New Edit: not sure why I bother trying Subway in Appomattox at all every single time. This is what you’re going to get.

I will have to say that this subway is horrible.i went this evening go get a protein bowl which is basically a sub with no bread in a bowl
They informed me that they could not longer chop it up like a salad and then I asked for a knife so I could cut it up…with no plastic knives???? WTH

did online order and pick up scheduled for 1.5hrs later, all my subs were made incorrectly, missing veggies,bacon, no mustard, wrong cheese. went in the next morning to speak about it, lady working called manager brian he said remake all just before may 31 went in the following week to redeem and they would only remake one, have reached out several times about it, no call or email back, the worker also had her child and partner in waiting area the child kept locking the doors so customers could not come in the partner was talking to his friends in back office while other customers waited to have her come out and make subs. very very unprofessional. would not recommend coming to this store

Last night was the last time my family and I eat at this location. Not only was our order not ready to be picked up, they couldn’t even find the order. We finally got our food in a super rush, and went on about our way. In the middle of the night my family was up throwing up, and occupying every bathroom in every way. We all shared two foot longs. The common toppings were spinach, and tomatoes. We got up this morning and went to Dr because we are scheduled to leave town Thursday. The Dr assured us that it was the food, and we didn’t have any of the illnesses going around.
This Subway has continued to go down hill, and no one seems to care. I hope the elderly ladies in there last night didn’t have the same result.

Awful. Most of the day shift employees are rude and have their own kids running around inside the lobby and behind the counter. Absolute safety hazard! And a disgusting way to contaminate food. If I were the manager, I wouldn’t allow this. It’s inappropriate and a disturbance. Can cause accidents and health and safety concerns for the public. Wouldn’t be surprised though if the manager was also bringing their kids. Unsanitary and inappropriate! “New management” sign is an absolute joke.
