We ordered through DoorDash and when we received our order, the cheese was missing from two sandwiches, extra protein from one, as well as the chips, and the cookie. We submitted a case through DoorDash and received credits, so we reordered. When the replacement sandwich arrived, the cheese was still missing. This isn’t a huge issue, but at the same time, it wasn’t during the typical lunch rush hour, and following directions shouldn’t be difficult. This is not the first incident we’ve had with this location. Attempted to call several times, but the phone rings and cuts off like it’s been taken off the hook. Not impressed.

It’s always so clean when I come to this subway!!! Michelle is always so nice and makes you feel at home, I truly enjoy coming here, I refuse to go to any other subway!!!

Submitted online order around 6:30 for pickup at 6:50. Got there at 6:50, order wasn’t ready and there’s about 6 people in line so it’s busy so I wasn’t bothered. 5 mins go by and that’s fine, but then 10 mins go by, and then the line gets smaller and still haven’t started my order, then 15 mins go by and finally I see them making my order then finished 20 mins later. Submitted order at around 6:30, but didn’t receive order until 7:10. Would’ve been faster to have just ordered and waited in line. Handed me the order and told me that they were missing onions and didn’t put any in my sandwiches. Annoyed they told me after they made the sandwiches, and to top it off I get home and the sandwiches were made wrong and missing a few item that I ordered. I am completely aware they were a little busy but 40 mins to make a sandwich and make it wrong is annoying.

Employee came from bathroom. And proceeded to turn off lights and ignore me. Terrible and disrespectful service.

Did an online order spicy Italian had a friend pick it up cuz I was not feeling well. Got my food and come to found out they did not put no meat on it at all and did not do light sauce. Then they want you to come back up there when it’s a waste of gas and no fate of your own. I just request for a refund cuz if I bring it back my food should be free. Meat is put on first so idk how they messed that up.

I was there today lunch was horrible. I asked the guy if they had fresh tuna and he said no, they did not have any made. It took me 30 minutes to get my lunch. The girl that was working with him did everything she could to keep from fixing sandwiches. The guy did the best he could bit, he was slow. There is a line and she is getting bread instead of fixing sandwiches and the Door dash guy came in and waited 15 minutes shaking his head because the order was not ready. Please have experience people working during luncj

Our subs were fresh and yummy. Keshia was very professional and quick. The store was very clean but uncomfortably hot. It felt like the dessert storm in there. We had to take our lunch to go.
