I went in around 3:50 pm, I don’t know her name but a lady that was African America with glasses took my order, I ordered a tuna sandwich, and she was great! She had great customer service, was relating to a good tuna sandwich lol, was sweet and upbeat. Owner needs to hire more workers. They are losing money because people walk out because there is only ever one person working and they are overwhelmed with online and in person orders. I feel bad for the only guy who works almost every night by himself he deserves a raise and someone to help run the shop.

I tip my hat to the workers for finishing the delivery person’s order an getting them out the door before finishing checking the rest of us out. Both workers were fast and accurate and up-beat. It was a great experience and the sub was perfect!

I went in for lunch today there were a big family in there, they were busy and the worker Jennifer had an attitude slamming items. She made my sub and it was sitting for a good 5 minutes after she heated it up so I asked her could she heat it up again, she caught an attitude put it in, when it was done she slammed the sub and I told her I didn’t want it anymore. My sister was still ordering and she told us she wasn’t taking our order anymore. Very unprofessional i understand it was busy but we wasn’t even in a rush for her to have an attitude with us.

UPDATE: Finally got back home, emptied my bladder and ate some of my half of the sandwhich. The custom Italian sub was a 5 star awesome sub. So, 3 stars overall for the experience.
Open until 12am but clean and close the bathroom before 10:30pm? 1 star service right there. I wouldn’t have even ordered anything but my Twin insisted she wanted a subway sub. May the food be better than the non available bathroom.
