Recently stopped at the New location close to down town buena vista and I have to say, this was THE BEST sub from subway I’ve had in YEARS. This place blows the Lexington location out of the water. The meats looked so fresh as well as the veggies. The customer service was Immaculate. I would highly recommend.

Came in at 9:16pm on a Monday (9/13/2021) night. Super hungry. The door was locked. The light sign “open” was still on and according to the hours of operation on the door the restaurant was to be open until 9:30pm. The clerk on the inside just gave a look that they are closed. This Is not acceptable and a bad business.

Wow!! Placed an online order, for starters the open sign wasn’t even on. We weren’t sure if they were even open to begin with, so we proceeded with an order. Waited went in, she told us the order was messed up on the computer so she didn’t understand how to make it. She had called what I’m assuming was a manager or some upper boss, she as well didn’t know what kind of issues it was. I had let the girl know I could tell her the order and I had the confirmation code, she proceeds to tell me they’re under new management and she wasn’t allowed to do anything until told otherwise! I had already paid for my food and was willing to read my order off, not cheat anyone and get free items!! Highly upset and will not be coming back to this location.

Hubby and I ordered and the bread was white in color, I asked it was done, was informed it was, so purchased subs. Upon arriving back at our motorhome, first bite was half raw dough. Did not appreciate this but didn’t go back because we were in for the night, so took steak and other fixings off and put on my own bread.

Placed order online ,arrived at pick-up time was told they ran out of paper and just got the order ok no problem. They make the sandwiches and I asked where they mine . Nope apparently they had more than one order backed up. So I proceeded to wait another 20 mins after my pick-up time . Once order was ready , there was no sorry for your wait or here’s a free cookie. They looked new , probably could have used a manger there . Work on customer service !
