Name on the hat was Ryan made 3 subs for us tonight and did an awesome job. Super respectful and friendly. I haven’t been in this Subway in over a year because of past staff, but I decided to try it again tonight and I’m glad I did. Ryan was great and actually cared about what he was doing. You don’t find workers like that very often. This guy will go places in life.

If you ask just about anyone in Marion they’ll tell you to avoid this location due to the rude employees. I opted to make my own opinion of the place and give them a chance, I frequented them a few times and sadly they lived up to their reputation. The employees grimace at you and behave as if you being there is an inconvenience to them. One of the guys apparently had an issue with the way in which I ordered and muttered under his breath ” you could of just told me that”. Unbelievably unprofessional. The drink machine is always practically empty and the sodas taste watered down. The vegitables are never fresh. There was one lady there who was extremely pleasant, however I had not seen her in awhile and after the commentary of the last guy I will NOT be back. Corporate needs to completely retrain these associates on professionalism and customer service. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that behaves so rudely.

I have eaten at this location 2-3 days a week for the last 2 years. The food quality is very consistent, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food comes quickly. I highly recommend this location for a quick and good lunch!

Worst experience ever at Subway. Turkey sub had almost no turkey! Placed a note on my online order to have the two subs cut in half and wrapped separately, they didn’t do it. Birthday cookie, not in the bag. This location need help!

I came into this establishment on Sunday, July 13th, 2025. There were 2 employees that I saw, Katy, and the other was William. Katy was super sweet, but I honestly felt bad for her because William, who was sitting outside smoking when I pulled up, was still outside by the time I left, and Katy was alone making all orders by herself, while there was a customer in front of me, online orders, and multiple customers behind me. I think she deserves a raise, and some praise! Thank you, Katy for working so hard! The sandwiches are amazing!

The subway attached to the citgo off of I81 at 133 park blvd gave me the best sandwich, bryan smith made the sub perfectly, actually using a “little” vegetables instead of most other subways putting down pounds. On top of it all it was made neatly and wrapped perfectly, no mess, and great service.
